Fantastic.

Everything, really. Nice and clean room, breakfast is extra, especially on the balcony. Host is fantastic, as well as Pizza Pronto🇮🇹 Lactation is the best!

Excellent B&B près du centre.

L'accueil a été exceptionnel. Nous sommes arrivés avant midi et la jeune gérante était là (prévenir à l'avance) et nous a expliqué tout le fonctionnement et répondu très précisément à diverses questions sur la ville et sur les restos. Très sympa. Le B&B total est en fait constitué de 4 grandes chambres individuelles au même étage (donc 4 clients potentiels) avec une vaste cuisine commune relativement bien équipée. La literie est bonne et la sdb spacieuse. Le tout est très moderne (ascenseur entièrement automatisé et ouverture par clés magnétiques). Ce B&B est très bien placé soit pour aller à la Cité Haute historique (15 mn maxi à pied ou via le funiculaire) soit tout à côté du centre de la ville nouvelle. Une supérette est à 50m.

Peu de choses à redire. L'arrivée en voiture est délicate car on ne peut pas se garer. Mais si on réserve un parking à l'avance, il est juste à côté. Les produits du petit déj sont assez variés mais pas de haute qualité surtout pour le salé.

Santa Lucia has a great location - very close to shops, bars, cafes, and gelato. Approx 20 minutes walk from the train station but also from the old town. The rooms are nice and modern.

The shower door in our room was broken, and the bed was too soft for our taste.

very pleasant and definitely worth a return visit

Santa Lucia is ideally situated for getting anywhere on foot in Bergamo. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a lovely treat. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only negative comment would be, is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the other guests very clearly talking in their rooms.

We had a lovely stay in Bergamo, largely thanks to this great accommodation.

The hosts were lovely (we mostly had contact with Federica) and offered us a warm welcome. The villa is beautiful and nicely decorated, and our room was comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the modern and spacious bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, exceeded our expectations!

I am quite a light sleeper and the noise from the street outside made it very difficult for me to sleep (in spite of the ear plugs).

Cosy accomodation close to City Alta

Everything was very cool, room was clean and very cosy. We appreciate a big bathroom, very comfortable pillows. We love Kitchen, we enjoy typical Italian breakfast. Kitchen has a nice terracce where you could enjoy the view and delicious coffee. Easily you could walk around Bergamo/ 15 minutes by walk to Train station.

Wonderful balcony, kitchen very cosy and although we had a very early flight we were told that we can take whatever we like from the fridge for the breakfast.

It was very insecure if we will get a taxi at 4.00 am to get to the airport. The host could not connect to the taxi company and we could not get through either. Finally at 22 we got through and got a taxi which came as promised. Still I would not recommend the place for ungodly flight hours as the taxi seems to be rare in Bergamo.

there was almost nothing for 2 breakfasts (out of 3), no bread, ham, cheese…after contacting the owner he told us it’s not their fault other people probably made them sandwiches for lunch and there was nothing left 🙃

The location was perfect for us. Very close to all amenities. The host was very nice and helpful and the facilities were lovely. There is a small kitchette for a self serve breakfast. The options were limited but there was individually wrapped muffins and pastries and a coffee machine with beautiful local coffee supplied.

The room was comfotable and what is the most important for me - very very clean room and bathroom. Federica was helpful and engaged in her work to make our stay better.

I was suprised because we got different room than I've ordered. The room that we finally stay was smaller and with one big bed. I have ordered room with two smaller bed and one bigger sofa. That was disapointing.

Amazing typical “casa bergamasca”. Our room with beautiful wooden ceiling had access to the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast offered good selection of sweet and salty and I appreciated especially espresso machine. Owners were very kind and helpful. I’m definitely recommending.

The most clear hotel I have ever been

I paid for the breakfast, but unfortunately, the fridge was empty. I found inside opened two bottles of wine and a half bottle of juice. I found one slice of ham and 2 pieces of old bacon. Terrible, no, taste bread. I don't recommend paying for breakfast. As I mentioned the clearest hotel I have ever been to but the worst breakfast. I should have gotten a refund for that breakfast.

We enjoyed it so much!

Amazing atmosphere, the personal is really kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and room very clean and comfy. Near to the center, supermarket and the station. Great place to stay!

There would be more options of breakfast (not only sweet).
