An excellent property highly recommended.

Everything was very new. It was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped. Plenty of plugs, towels, a hairdryer, washing machine. Very close to the harbour , buses,shops and restaurants.

We would highly recommend Great value for money .

We were greeted at the ferry by a work colleague of Lo Nardo and helped carry our luggage to our room . The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner was very effective as it was hot while we were staying there . They have a rooftop terrace which has a lovely view of the harbour and great spot to sit and prepare some food from the kitchen and use the coffee machine . Which makes a great cup of coffee. The bed was very comfortable and it was a delightful place to stay .

So perfect location, clean comfortable well conditioned room, big bathroom with good preasure of water. What is the most important is very friendly helpful staff with Vincenzo who've met us in the port and Melo who supported our holidays with some local tips. Shower after check-out before leaving was very helpful too!

Good sized apartment in the middle of town. Easy to get everywhere in Lipari. Rooftop deck was wonderful, with a nice view and feel. Carmelo was a great host and helpful with boat information and bookings.

Superb

Beautiful view from the terrace and having a kitchen up there was great. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Great location near ferries. Would recommend.

Super friendly host always there to help, excellent location right next to the port. Grocery market and scooter rental right downstairs. Clean premises, very quiet and comfortable to sleep the night. Amazing value for the money!

Very welcoming and friendly host which made us feel like home from the beginning, easy & flexible check-in, very pleasant, spacious and clean flats with a nice roof top terrace, well located ear the port, easily accessible, very good value for money, highly recommended- would return any time!

Place was great. Rooftop deck was a fantastic place for wine and appetizers. Carmelo met us at the ferry and walked us tthe rooms. He was super frendly and had many helpful tips that made our sstay even more enjoyable.

The Location: Perfect Residence is located next to the main street. Entrance through a narrow climatic side street. Five minute walk to Lipari Porto, Liberty Ferries, and Castello di Lipari. The Room: Very Comfortable Our room was spacious, very clean, had a nice terrace upstairs on the roof with a kitchen a view on the island. The bed was large and comfortable. Also, it had a nice balcony. The Owners: Super Friendly Carmelo is a very kind and helpful owner. He picked us from the Lipari Porto and helped us get to the residence. With his reference we also received a discount for a day boat trip around Lipari and Salina with Popolo Giallo bost excursions. Summary: The this a great place to book while staying on Lipari Island. It has very comfortable rooms with cool amenities like roof terraces and chill out zone. The owners are super positive people, frendly kind, and very helpful.

Outstanding rooftop terrace!

Fantastic place! We loved watching the world go by from the AMAZING rooftop. Perfect location right next to the port with delicious restaurants and a supermarket downstairs. Carmelo was so helpful and gave us great ideas to do on the island and even picked us up from the port.

we have had a lovely three days in Lipari.

everything. close to shops main square and a restaurant just outside our apartment🤩. Carmelo’s communication was excellent and full of information. we were greeted at the port by one of the staff who took us to the apartment just a few minutes walking distance. the apartment was also cleaned and beds made on the second day we were there and fresh towels. I highly recommend this place for all of the above. Carmelo’s English is also perfect which is a plus as we can only speak two words of Italian. 😂

Central location yet quiet room

Quiet room despite the central location. Good value for money and we really enjoyed the roof terrace with convenient kitchen. Friendly staff who kindly let us store our luggage after check-out, as well as offered the use of a shower.

Outstanding hospitality!

The owner Carmelo was incredibly nice and accommodating. Someone was waiting for us when the boat arrived and brought us to the hotel which was an easy 3 minute walk from the boat. Carmelo was always available to answer our questions and helped us to organize our visit in Lipari with various suggestions. He was available via WhatsApp all the time and made our stay a great experience! The shared terrace with a view was fantastic as well.

Comfortable, Clean and Enjoyable Stay - Great Location

Lo Nardo exceeded our expectations during our stay in Lipari and was a highlight of our trip. Carmelo who met us at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful in organizing reservations and answering general questions for us. The rooms we had were spacious, very comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace was an amazing spot, and we enjoyed a bottle of wine there at the end of our evening. Lo Nardo was right off the main street and we were able to walk everywhere in less than 10 minutes.

The only downside to this accommodation is there is no elevator - only stairs, which was not a problem for our group. There are some ground floor rooms that you can book if you prefer to avoid stairs and enter directly from the street. Carmelo helped us to carry up our bags so it was not a problem at all but good to note you should book a ground level room if you have any issues with stairs.

Perfect place to stay in the beautiful island of Lipari.

Carmelo was an excellent host. He puts every effort into making sure his customers are happy and well looked after. Lo Nardo has two sites in Lipari and both are in excellent locations a 5 minute walk apart. We were in the smaller location right opposite the port, with a grocery shop next door and less than 50m to the main bus and ferry travel centre and the start of the main pedestrian area. The rooms were well appointed with air conditioning and self catering facilities and the terrace was a fabulous space for watching the world go by. To Illustrate Carmelo’s focus on his customers, after our check out, he let us leave our luggage in the reception of the larger premises and gave us full access to the large terrace as well as kitchen and toilet facilities including free refreshments. We will definitely stay at Lo Nardo on our next visit to Lipari. Thank you Carmelo.
