Location, by the sea and loads of restaurants nearby.

Deluxe room dirty. Sand on all floors, shower door jammed due to corrosion and dirt, stained toilet, no housekeeping, stained towels, noisy, shower jets covered in corrosion. Horrible room. Took video to prove all above.

I like the service, Friendly staffs. GOOD FOOD AND very near to the beach.

The Bathroom's Shower. There was No hot shower maybe it was broken.

nice stay but do not forget that you are still in a jungle :)

nice resort, great location, in house restaurant and pool bar with friendly prices

pool was in a shade for most of the day because of hotel building; room was not clean - I found used slipper next to the bed, hair and used fake nails… I complained and asked for proper cleaning - they took slipper and nails and hair left… there was mold in bathroom fan. Hygienic standards absolutely were not even close to european. I was hoping for bigger purity in “better hotels” unfortunately not ; there was some smell in my room; AC did not work properly - it cooled too much or did not work

we feel comfortable and safe in staying in the property

the property is in the beachfront and has a swimming pool

the comfort room is generally clean but we have to push its door to have it lock and there was a cockroach and fruit flies in the bath room when we arrive at the property.

Great location but car park access is tight

The location which is near beach front. The staffs are helpful and respectful.

Having hard access to car park for our hired van. The first night we have to walk with our luggages to get to Lost Horizon as the access for van drop off was not accessible.

near to beach but getting to there is difficult if you have bags

staff attitude,old building ,not clean well ,bathroom need maintenance totally I was not happy with my stay there

Great location.

Room was dusty and seemed unoccupied for months without regular cleaning.. Used cups & tumblers were not removed from ref. One light is busted. Bathroom needs need deep cleaning. Towels provided were too old and discolored. Uncomfortable sleep due dusty bed sheets which caused skin itchiness.

Few steps to the beach,its quiet if you want to have an early night,bed is big and comfy, walking distance to shops and restaurant.
