Beautiful gym, spa and pool area here. A nice little oasis to relax. There isn't much around the hotel so prepare to walk or drive a bit to visit restaurants and sites.

This hotel is a little gem. I had to be near a medical facility for a procedure and found this hotel within walking distance. It was more expensive than I wanted but I booked it. The car park in around the corner on the left hand side. On arrival we received a welcome drink of lemon, delicious, the reception staff like all the staff in this hotel are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Looking around the hotel is bright, huge windows, white comfortable chairs, sofas, light wood tables. Very easy on the eye. Even an open fire. We checked it and the staff helped us with our luggage to our room on the 4th floor via a lift. Oh the smell of this place, White lilies in vases everywhere, lavender and Olive tree branches. Scent sticks giving off beautiful scent. The corridors where the rooms are situated are a different contrast, the doors are dark wood and the carpets dark. But again the beautiful smell fills the corridors. This far up from the sea, no sea view from our room, plus our room was facing a busy road but the view up into the hills was quite lovely especially at night when it twinkled with a thousand lights. Really great double glazing so you could not hear the road noise. The balcony has to colonial chairs, cushions stored in wardrobe, and a metal table. Not quite in keeping with the rest of the furnishings but it did its job. The room was a reasonable size, very large comfortable bed, crisp white linen. Cushions and pillows. Plus a bag of lavender on the bed. Two good armchairs plus a small table with fresh fruit , Loads of different lighting, good WiFi, plenty of drawers, counter space, loads of hanging space in the wardrobe with a great amount of hangers, hairdryer in drawer. Tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge stocked with drinks, no alcohol, free bottle of water, glasses cups kettle etc. The en suite had a bath plus two shower heads, us girls like having a hand shower. Large counter, loads of piping hot water, great water pressure.
I have spinal disease and I would have liked handles by the bath to help me in and out of the bath. Which I'd reclined in , the bath is very slippery but the staff provided me with a non slip mat, but handles would have helped me. The toilet roll dispenser is virtually behind you on the wall behind the toilet, that also caused me difficulty as I can't twist but no problem I took the toilet roll off of the dispenser and had it where I needed it. The towelling bath robes are a bit stiff and a little small for myself, the little slippers were a god send as the floors are all wood laminate.

We loved the bathtub in the room and we loved the staff
Jacuzzi was not quite hot which was a major disappointment, and the kitchen's ability to accommodate vegan was quite shameful. While other guests chose from a wide menu we were offered bread with avocado and beans from a can every morning for breakfast - 4 days in a row! On the last day we were given untreated tofu in bread which is absurd and leads us to believe the chef made zero effort to look into vegan food (this is not an edible thing to serve). Since we very specifically searched for a place that would be vegan friendly and with an active Jacuzzi for our winter-marriage-vacation, this was all quite disappointing.

This is a very special hotel.
From getting out of our car to offload our luggage to getting back into it when we had to leave we loved it.
it’s immaculate.
Alex was wonderful in greeting us and taking us up to our room.
Spacious, luxurious rooms.
The smell of vanilla candles and other fragrances are all around the hotel with their lit candles etc.
Bedroom was very comfortable.
The whole inside lite up at night is absolutely stunning.
it’s worth the overnight cost to stay here.
Walking distance of the marina.
There was nothing. We should have stayed longer.

modern contemporary surroundings with a real eye for detail that created a great ambiance
20 minute walk into the Old Town and harbour. Was lead to believe that it was located more conveniently but the good thing was all the walking did us good. The local taxi drivers appeared to overcharge us as tourists
