The check-in process was easy. The room was well appointed with everything you might need. The service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, with freshly made coffee and orange juice. The location was excellent, in a quiet street but only 2 blocks to the tram stop, and with good dining and drinking options nearby.
There was a TV in a corner, but you could not watch it unless you sat on the floor, so I really did not see the point of having it. The room would have felt more spacious and welcoming without it.

Lovely B&B Type Hotel, run by a friendly owner. Located in very quiet neighboorhood, but close enough to the center. Breakfast was an additional fee (10 Euro / Person) but well worth it. Served high quality ham, cheeze, fruits, etc. as self-service. And... The owner cooks egg, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee by your request. Not recommended for party lovers, but if you like to enjoy the quiet lovely "moment" during your stay, HIGHLY recommended! Would love to return to this hotel!
Parking space is limited. First come, first serve basis...

Great and wonderful hotel with very kind and helpful administrator. Really nice design. The hotel is like from fairy tales.
Some issues with plumbing in the room.

Location, the looks. Lovely place.
the ‘shared’ balcony. It was separated with plants. But people could go look into my room if they wanted to. Also, my neighbors were smoking on the balcony and the smoke came into my room.

The location is perfect, right close to the entrance of philosopher’s walk. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with good privacy. The room is super clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely old building but difficult if mobility issues. Very nice breakfast and coped with gluten and dairy-free needs. Very helpful staff.
Parking was very tight but staff helped move our car. Would have chosen a smaller rental car if had realised.

Tucked away in a lovely quiet location just a short walk from Heidelberg Old Town.
A small quality boutique hotel.
Nice little balcony.

Awesome location, quite, neat and clean
Tiny little room, with no separate bathroom. Shower and especially bed were far too small. Breakfast very simple.

The room was clean. The area is very quiet.
There was nothing Art Nuveou about the place. There was no closet to store clothes. The bathroom had a frosted glass door. Nothing much to do in the area, you have to go over bridge for old town
