Permandangan yg cukup tenang.. Sejuk.. Sgt2 nicely.. Best sgt2..

Byk bende yg tak suke.. Bilik kotor xvacuum penuh rambut.. Bilik air kotoq xberus xcuci.. Sinki xberus xsental. Cadar perasan xtukar kot selimut xpun xcuci btul2 ade tompok2 darah.. Berdebu. Next time kalau pi lg tara tu jugak aku complain lg skli. Mentang2 hotel satu tu ja xde saingan buat halai balai ye.. Plz la bersih kn sikit setiap room.. Jimat dh xde aircond takpa yg tu.. Harga ty spatutnye 100 pun ok sbb tara bilik kotoqqqqq🥵😡

A wonderful and refreshing stay.

Everything! The beautiful views; of hills, paddy fields & sea. The fertile gardens that are full of so many trees & flowers. The hydrangeas. So many hydrangeas! The food was good. Happy tummy. The refreshing air! Loved it! I even love the challenging 11km drive. I specifically requested for a smooth check-in before we arrived, and the check-in was super smooth. I really appreciate it.

On the drive up, some of the taxis (vans) cut the queue. It adds difficulties to an already challenging drive.

I like the view there , it was really nice, so calm , even the weather is just perfect , i really like all of the staff that works in a restaurant there, all of them are so nice and gave us a perfect service 👍

lack of maintenance, but the staffs are very nice and friendly

the temperature and the gardening is so good and beautiful

its very dirty, mould are found everywhere including the headboard of the bed, curtain, toilet wall tiles, sink, toilet bowls, etc

Overall we enjoyed our holiday there.

The flora & fauna, excellent weather, nice setup of the resort, picturesque and staff hospitality.

The strawberry farm.. no strawberry at all.. need to learn from Cameron's farms.

Good for a day trip to have a late afternoon tea and sunset view. Not worth the money for an overnight stay.

Nice cool weather. Great views on a clear day and the sunset was gorgeous. Food and drinks prices were reasonable and good.

Facilities and rooms were poorly maintained. The rooms had an unpleasant musky smell and you could see moulds on the ceiling and walls. We requested for a change of room and finally settled for a slightly more bearable room for the night after viewing 2 other rooms.

Comfortable room Good buffet

We came during raining season..hence not able to fully spend time outdoor here. Suggest more activities to open like trekking and botanical park. Landscape bit limited of choice of flowers..the area at beautiful place hence the landscape should be more merrier with different types of flowers

The view is spectacular & splendid. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Amenities provided are more than adequate.

Cafeteria's services need to improve a bit. Have to wait a long time for food ordered to come and served.

Wonderful view of Kedah paddy field especially when the sky is clear. Love the hydrangea planted everywhere. The air is cool even at noon. Food is getting better compared to the last visit 4 years ago.

Required to hire a public transport from the foothills to the top as well as the return journey due to landslide work.

Superb view

Location is superb, with nice view, hydrangea flowers are everywhere! Room was clean, and the staff was very accommodative to upgrade our room FOC to ensure my family members' rooms were near to each other. Thank you!

Monkeys might come to your room if there is food! So be careful.

Hill resort

The location, the view and the scenery are breathtaking Unfortunately the maintenance are not well done. One of the viewing deck is broken and not fixed. The amenities in the toilet is a non branded item and I decided not to use it at all. The towel provided is limited and old. Food was ok

I like the cool atmosphere here.

The peacefully & scenic enviroment in the top of Jerai Hills, the most highest peak in Kedah state of Malaysia.

New attraction like strawberry park is close all the day.
