Perfect location, close to the beach with good restaurants and a market close by, but also not as crowded as a lot of the other beaches on the island. Easy to hop on the bus as well

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and bus stop just out the front and small supermarket just next door. Free use of sun beds on the beach.
Shower would flood bathroom floor

Un departamento pequeño, pero cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario. Frente a la mejor playa de Naxo. Desayunábamos mirando el mar

The room itself was amazing, the staff were friendly and the location was so close to the beach, supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Could not recommend more highly

Fantastic room (10) - large balcony and jacuzzi. Great location, a few steps from the beach. Nice quiet part of Plaka beach. Next door to restaurant (which was amazing) and supermarket, plus bus stop outside. Walking distance to other restaurants. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Only slight niggle was lack of cupboards to put clothes/ other items. Plus could do with black out blinds on the 2 windows near the bed and turning off the outside light at night (as was very bright in the bedroom area).

Everything . The place was excellent , shirt walk to the beach , restaurants and supermarket . The room was very very clean and her spacious . Tv was great with Netflix , you tube , prime and Disney .. The beach was great . The owner , Kiki was very welcoming , veery friendly and extremely kind . I highly recommended staying there .
Nothing . I would definitely stay again and again there .

Anna and Maria kept the place impeccably clean and were super-helpful/friendly.
View/location is unparalleled - just across the road from the best part of Plaka beach.
Balcony very nice.
Kitchenette relatively well-stocked (although inconsistent - I stayed in 3 rooms - some had better stock than others - I had to buy corkscrew, and only 1 room had water, adequate coffee pods, any tea bags etc).
Rooms/apartments generally style over substance.
Beds hardest I've ever (not) slept on.
Air con didn't work for days (not great in airless, windowless, dark kitchen where I slept!)
Hand-held shower (no wall attachment) not what you expect for €120 per night.
Small cubicle only accessible without grazing your nips if you're a size 12 or thinner (due to misfitted sliding doors).
A lack of plug sockets (only one for kitchen - with kettle, coffee maker and stove top all needing to be plugged in)
In our room (16), there was only one plug near kitchen bed - so either lamp or laptop/charger could be used, not both.
I tried to be nice/polite and make easy suggestions for improvement. Big attitude problems initially. I was told that if I didn't like it, I could leave (knowing that everywhere else was booked up). Only Anna and Maria, the cleaners, were sympathetic to my bad back/disability.
*** BUT, after a lot of comms, all staff went out of their way to fix/temporarily solve all problems, including installing a new air con unit. And I was given a partial refund.
NOTE: Room 16 isn't two bedrooms, as claimed: There is a double bed in entrance area (where lounge/seating would normally be) and twin beds in the kitchen, with no hallway to separate them, so half the party wakes up the other every time they use the loo or kitchen or, conversely, goes outside. Kitchen 'bedroom' is airless/dark and has no windows (just a smoked glass panel to other bedroom/entrance space - so you see/can be woken up by each other's lights at night). No mirror/dressing table in kitchen bed area. No wardrobe/clothes storage in entrance bed area.
Only suitable for families with young kids, NOT friends or two couples who need privacy and independence.
NOTE 2: Most rooms have showers with sliding doors that don't fit/open properly and hand-held hoses, not roomy, walk-in showers.

Great balcony view of plaka beach and the ocean, included sun beds on the beach which was a bonus! super market right next door as well as the restaurant and bar was super convenient.
Whilst super close to the beach, the balcony and outside area was quite dusty each day. The bathroom was modern but lacked good ventilation.

Fantastic location, perfect place to relax, everything you need is here: shop, restaurants, bus stop, but most importantly beautiful beaches. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were changed daily.

Amazing location. Restaurant with authentic fabulous Greek food next door one side and mini supermarket the other. Nothing to dislike. So beautiful.

It is in fantastic position on an amazing beach. Our room had been recently updated. The view of the beach was great.
The breakfast was not available until 9 but most days it was later and the main waiter was tired and lethargic but did eventually smile towards the end of the week,
The room lacked wardrobe space.

Superb location, welcoming and helpful hosts.
Quiet area but close to livelier beaches if the need arises.
Extra points for free sunbed for the Nikos & Maria studios guests.
Wi-fi was pretty unreliable (as the mobile internet), sometimes not working at all in the room, and better outside.

Extremely close to Plaka Beach - just across a small road. The property provided free sun beds with umbrellas, but going in early September, there was hardly anyone else on the beach! Comfortable room for a short stay. Kiki was very helpful with making any arrangements we needed during our stay. A few good restaurants a short walk away.
Check in instructions were unclear. We called the property and received no answer, and there was no main check in area, so we eventually had to track down the host Kiki at the restaurant next door. Everything was fine after that, though. The location is a bit far from Naxos town, but it's right next to a bus stop. The buses run every half hour, but we could not find any sort of timetable information, so we had to wait up to half an hour for the bus each time because we didn't know when it would be coming. Worth it for the great beach access, though!

A quiet district right infront of the best beach in Naxos. Kiki and her staff went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Very patient and caring owners. You can feel it's a family buisness. There is a restaurant at the hotel, where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Food is also served at the beach whether on your long chair or on dining tables that are set up up for dinner time. The studios are spacious and nicely decorated. There was a small, private common terrace on the roof top that was for general use, and i trained there twice, once i did a recorded yoga practice and once i did my toning workout. Also there is yoga place 300 meters away from the hotel. There is a mini market also owned by the family, and the bus stop is right next to the facility. A long wide white beach on which you can walk kilometers.
We loved the place and would definitely return to Niko and Maria's.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Good place, good location, good food, friendly owners and staff!

On the beach in a secluded bay offering good swimming even in the windiest of days.
for the price one could not ask for more. the family room we stayed also offered a sheltered balcony with seating overlooking the sea.
they even had a lovely touch of giving fresh fruit on arrival..something that not even the 500€ a night hotels gave us. these touches show the owners really care about their guests.
one could maybe desire a cosmetic uplift on the interiors of the rooms but then clearly prices would have to rise. on balance I think this works very well
if you are looking for a lovely family holiday, dining in the sand and spending time outdoors then the current balance works perfectly
