Think about somewhere else, isn't worth risking your health

We ordered breakfast the first morning, and it was nice.

I don't think this is a hotel. The taxi dropped us at this address at 3am. There isn't a sign on the outside of the building, stating the hotel name. Building looked in need of repair. A man unlocked the metal gate and left us in. He led us to our room. The wallpaper was loose with mold on both sides of the room. The bathroom was small, and the toilet was lose; every once in a while, smelling of sewer. The bed was hard with inadequate, old linens. The major problem was the mold. We slept with our masks on. We were able to find other accommodations for part of our visit. We had travel 20 some hours to get to Tbilisi and very tired, perhaps not understanding the totality of the situation, but were still shocked. Tbilisi is a more arid city, which makes this more concerning. The man ask for his money right away and in cash, he doesn't take credit cards. Charges 18% VAT.

NOT A HOTEL, ITS A HOSTEL. NO AC OR TV & THE WIFI ALWAYS GOES OUT. GROSS SHARED BATHROOMS. AVOID!

This place is NOT A HOTEL, it’s MISREPRESENTED as a hotel when in reality it’s a HOSTEL. You share a dirty bathroom with strangers. You can’t call it a “guesthouse” either because it’s not separate from the family living in it. Every time you enter you have to walk through their living room & it’s very awkward. You can use the downstairs kitchen, but the few times I washed my hands down there as the COMMUNAL BATHROOM was busy it was very awkward because it’s very obvious the family doesn’t want you down there. Let’s talk about the DISGUSTING COMMUNAL BATHROOMS they NEVER mention in their Booking.com listing. You’re forced to share a dirty bathroom with strangers. The shower curtain is dark brown on the bottom, when you bump into while you shower you immediately feel dirty as it’s filthy. Water gets all over the floor because the shower head doesn’t work so you’re forced to spray yourself. Then the owners give you dirty looks when you inevitably get water on the floor. Now for the GROSSEST PART OF THE SHARED COMMUNAL BATHROOM, the toilet barely works & the flushing pressure is very bad. So every time you put just 3 sheets of toilet paper in the toilet you must flush it at least 5 times to get it to fully flush. I’ll spare you the GROSS DETAILS, but many people leave feces in the toilet before. So when you use it, you have to flush a few times just to get their feces cleared. It was BEYOND DISGUSTING & so unhygienic that it becomes borderline dangerous. BRINGING KIDS HERE WOULD BE A VERY BAD IDEA, as they would touch everything & likely get sick. The owner was very rude when I told him I had a family emergency & the 3 person room would only be for me. He shouldn’t have cared since I paid for 3 people & its less work cleaning up just for me. But the owner was a total jerk to me the entire time despite me smiling & being very nice. The internet always goes out & you can’t get 3G or 4G cell reception there. TV & AC don’t work either.

To be honest not a good experience with this hotel…basic facilities were not provided at all. rooms were very small, no cleaning and AC were not working. internet connection was really poor, no water, no kettle etc..

Not a first choice but for a short day 12 hr stop over, adequate.

It was actually only a day stop 10:30=22:30 as left for airport and flight. It served the purpose for what I paid. Helpful staff as was allowed/ helped me download and print my online check-in/boarding pass which the airport did not even look at. Small but clean room with a comfortable bed to relax (not sleeping).Made me a coffee when I requested at midday, otherwise adequate.

The shared bathroom, with seperate toilet, a little less than expected as you share it with the family too and quite messy with all their "things" but shower was ok. Just my luck, their was some domestics and much shouting which was a little loud and off putting. I basically got what I paid for.

Nice staff, great location. Welcoming

Staff and owner are welcoming. We are allowed to use their.kitchen, offer coffee, tea. I need to scan my passport for appying visa and the staff was so patient and helpful to scan and sent it to my email. They clean the house regulary too. Location is nearby metro, bus and supermarket, but still in quiet location. Next time in Tbilisi we'll come back here.

The budget room is small, a bit difficult to move around, but lucky we've own balcony. As minor advice, if they put chairs in balcony that would be good.

The location was very good. Bus stop is within 200 metres walk and nearest railway station is Isani which is around 350m to 400m from the hotel. The owner is extremely nice. You will get an access to free WiFi, coffee every morning and you can prepare your own breakfast if you want. They provide breakfast which cost Gel 10 per person but it's mostly bread and jam so we prepared our breakfast. The owner and his daughter speaks good English so communication shouldn't be a problem. There are two supermarkets nearby, one is SPAR and around 50m from SPAR there is a bigger supermarket. I would recommend not to visit SPAR as they are not cooperation but employees of the other supermarket are very nice. Since my wife is vegetarian, they helped us with the options.

The name of the hotel was missing. I wish if they could keep a name board. Having said that, the location is accurate and if you use Yandex Go or Bolt you will not struggle to get there. Just a piece of advise, keep the picture of the hotel saved in your mobile in case if you are offline.

I'd gladly come back asap

What a lovely place! The receptionist was very kind, communicative and helpful. The room was called economic double room, it was minimalistic but it covered all the essentials -- honestly I wouldn't think nor say I needed anything extra. I would definitely stay here again next time I come visit Tbilisi!

When someone opens a specific tap in one of the bathrooms, you will hear a loud whistling noise from the pipes in your room. Not much of a problem for the people that wake up early in the morning though

Best choice for affordable budget

Might be the best option for affordable price. Very convenient location not far from old Tbilisi, taxi Bolt costed about 5 Lari or 45 minutes on foot. Very hospitable staff always ready to help, free coffee.
