Дорогой туристический город и дорогое проживание.

Мы приехали пораньше, хозяин стретил нас, разрешил оставить наши вещи в номере и объяснил как добраться до старого города. Гостеприимный Винко даже починил наш чемодан. В апартаментах было всё необходимое и хороший кондиционер. Наша машина была припаркована перед домом. В пяти минутах ходьбы от дома был порт, автовокзал, магазин Конзум, рестораны и кафе.

Ножи на кухне были тупые.

I have to pay in cash though it was mentioned in the booking page as well.

Alojamiento en zona tranquila y cercano a paradas de autobús que te llevan al centro de Dubrovnik en 10 min solamente. Parking privado gratuito en la puerta de casa. Personal muy amable que nos dio consejos y proporcionó ayuda cuando la necesitamos rápidamente

La amabilidad del propietario y la ubicación. Cerca de la estación de buses y el puerto. Para nosotros fue ideal para las excursiones que hicimos, y para ir al centro los buses urbanos paran cerca. Hay dos apartamentos. Es preferible pagar más y tener el grande con vistas.

Its an authentic Croatian stay with all the modern facilities out of old town.

The host - Vinko was fantastic, extremely helpful and was there to handover the key when I arrived. Suggested options on how to get to the Old Town by bus and went over and above.

It exceeded my expectations.

Very good value compared to the price. The owner was very helpful and the location was convenient.

I expected it, but it was hard to carry the luggage up the hill and stairs for a middle-aged couple.

Comfortable two-room apartment near the bus station and the port

This was the biggest and most expensive apartment during our holiday trip. It was an entire apartment that included a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. The kitchen was well-equipped and from the living room we could see the sea. We chosed this apartment because it was situated walking distance from the bus station. It was easy to walk to. Only one upward slope before the apartment. No stairs before the apartment itself. It was on the second floor. It was easy the find and our host was waiting us there. He gave us Dubrovnik map and advised us about the busses and sights.

The knowledge of the host about Dubrovnik card was oldfashioned. It can't be bought from the harbour anymore. It is only electronical. The price is also in euros, not in kunas anymore. And it is not accepted as a payment in busses. You must buy a bus ticket to the center to get a buscard included in the Dubrovnic card. We arrived on Sunday afternoon, so the bus ticket sale was closed. We ended paying our own bus tickets until Monday afternoon. The host asked us very politely, at what time we are going to leave Dubrovnik. After that he told as to leave room at 10. o'clock. No luggage storage available.

excellent apartment

This really is quite a luxurious and spacious apartment in a quiet location close to the bus station and cruise terminal. After two weeks of staying in apartments which were a bit tatty, this was a revelation! Large rooms, good quality furniture, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, this one had it all. Beautifully clean too. The location is in a quiet residential area handy for the bus station and with good views over the port- you can see ferries and cruise boats coming and going. You need to understand that the apartment is a bus ride from the old town, but the buses, which are regular and comfortable, are five minute’s walk away. And, if you are travelling by bus this is definitely the place to be because the Dubrovnik bus station is equally close!

Superb

The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. The location and view were also very good. The parking lot is handy but it is on the small side (just about fits our VW Golf). It would have been perfect if the apartment had a washing machine, but otherwise it has everything you need.

The apartment is placed on the second floor in an apartment house. The apartment is rather big, clean and cozy. The kitchen with a gas cooker is wonderful. The host is a very helpful man, he explained us the easiest way to get to the city center. The easiest way is to buy a Dubrovnik card on its web site and receive it in a tourist’s information in front of the nearest bus stop. It allows you to go by bus all day long for free and visit the city walls (and several museums) . When you leave you must take your garbage with you, you can through it away in 15 meters from the apartment. For travelers by car, note that the park place is very tiny. It’s available to fit in a car similar to Skoda Fabia, not larger. However, we parked our car right in front on public parking, but we traveled in January. I’m not sure that you will find a place there in a high season.

It was truly homey and wonderful.

Vinko was the nicest host. He met us and helped us get familiar with this beautiful apartment. He also nicely offered to keep our belongings safe after we checked out and spent some time at the beach before our ferry. In total, this is a perfect apartment to stay at near the port, and the host could not be more welcoming.

Great Host and nice apartment

The host was incredible helpful, understanding and just nice. I can not thank him enough! The apartment is nice, very clean, comfortable, with good WiFi and AirCon. The bed is comfortable, the bedsheets and towels are good quality, nice to use it. The view from the apartment is very very good. Located outside the center, with nice options to eat out for normal price around (not the insanity prices of the old town), but the center can be easily reached by public transport. The central bus station is very very close, so is a big nice supermarket. Just a perfect place to stay!

Nice 3 days in Dubrownik on our way from Korcula to Cavtat

Perfect location near the main bus stop and ferry port. The local bus stop is about up to 5 min walking distance. Nice wooden floor, chairs, couch/sofa. Owner is a nice, helpful person.

Superb wifi connection!

I like the cleanliness of the apartment. The wifi connection is superb. Near to public transportation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We came early at Mostar and requested the host for early checkin and he agreed to our request but provided we check-out on time because he needs to do the cleaning.

The host needs to buy a new kettle. The one in the apartment is dirty and already rusted. But of course, u can make coffee with the microwave.
