Nice property, comfortable and clean but very dated. Great location close to cafes and beach.

it is very dated and cold multiple old heaters in place that don’t work very expensive for the quality of the room

Location good, room very small with little space to put luggage other than on floor. But clean and reasonable.

Really disappointed that pool/spa advertised to close at 8pm, but when we arrived just before 7.45 we were turned away as they were locking up early. Just wanted a quick spa to finish the day, was disappointed that we'd made the effort to get ready and get there in time then missed out.

Kids loved the indoor pool and spa. Playground, beach and shops across the road.

Room was pretty small, no table or chairs. Decor was a bit tired.

Family vacation, close to both Sorrento and Portsea golf courses. Closeby to the beach and cafes.

It was a nice getaway

Everything was great, it would have been good if there was restaurant facility. The rooms are great but just need a little bit of an upgrade and then it'd be perfect ☺️

The carpet, shower (not great pressure and water tempreture fluctuates), utensils in the kitchen need to be refreshed.

Location was fantastic

Heating wasn't really efficient ,got really cold in the room at night. Had to sit on the couch with blankets and use extra blankets on the bed at night. Not a big issue and didn't devalue the stay
