This hotel is all about the location. If you want remoteness and enjoy living with the elements then this is for you. it’s worth noting that there really is only two bungalows with clear unobstructed views. My mountain view bungalow was half obstructed by another bungalow in front. the bungalow itself is beautifully laid out inside.
Now to the downside. I am somewhat perplexed by the high ratings. I can only speak in my experience and hopefully help others make a choice. The first issue that arose was the temperature of my bungalow. It was unbearably hot inside. With the aircon on full mode, 18° and are standing fan. It wasn’t until nightfall when I stop feeling perspiration on my neck. it was a very hot day, however for this price range and quality of hotel relaxing in a bungalow for over four hours, waiting for it to cool down. I find unacceptable at this price range.
I do want to be open-minded about this issue. It is a bungalow, therefore had numerous gaps in the woodwork causing the hot air inside which, therefore also invited some outside friends. If you have no issues with sharing your room with geckos, then you’ll be fine. Wasn’t impressed with the nightly ant infestation in the bathroom sink either. Is this part of the bungalow experience?
Secondly, a privacy issue that needs to be fixed. The bungalows are designed in a way where you can lay on your bed and admire the view in front of you. What I did not want to see was a strangers/hotel staff face looking at me seeking my attention from the balcony. I highly recommend the hotel implement a knock on the side of the bungalow before revealing yourself to the guest, maybe installing a buzzer or phone within the bungalow to alert the guest somebody will be coming. I found this encounter far too uncomfortable.

We loved the view and peaceful the surrounding. The workmanship and general wood working of the bungalow was fantastic. We was thrilled when we arrived the property as the view and decoration are outstanding. The whole setting was beautiful and clean. The staff, named Ten, was very attentive and friendly. The owners were nice.
The food was overpriced and average quality.
Staff entered our room after we checked in to place an information pamphlet on the table when we were there which we found as an invasion of our privacy. We were woken up by the gardener who was sweeping the pathway near outside of Bungalow, we wouldn’t mind if we were not tired and didn’t have many flights before we got there as we planned to have a sleep in.

What a great find! This is a lovely small hotel with individual bungalows set amongst beautiful gardens. The bungalows are very well appointed and very tastefully decorated.
The staff are extremely welcoming. Ten helped us to organise our road trip to Bo Klua to travel along the floating road.
The food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent thanks to the chef A who was a delight!

Got the room with the mountain view villa with a view of the rice fields whilst my friend got the Mountain View bangalow. Definitely suggest the villa, which so worth the extra. Location is a bit outside Nan town centre so you’d probably need a car but it’s so tranquil. So lovely to walk alone the fields and sit by the table with a drink in hand viewing yeh sunset. Didn’t try the pool but should be great in summer months.

Peaceful farming view and natural surrounding. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Mattress is good compared to other hotels. Overall suits for those who really like peaceful living in Thai style room!
A bit overpriced breakfast (for me) for what they would serve so I didn’t have at hotel. Anyway, for others or foreigners might be ok depending on their expectation.

The resort consists of high end cabins which are very well equipped with separate living and bedroom. Terrace with seating outside. So all excellent! These are set in a beautiful garden and we had views over the paddy fields. The breakfast was very high standard with good choices. We had dinner twIce, both were the best ones we had in Nan. Location is good with easy drive into Nan. Service was outstanding.

We had a lovely stay at the Nan Seasons. Super friendly staff and owners. We had an amazing view over the rice fields (not all were green yet) in the sunset villa. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner. The pool was a great bonus to cool down in after a day out and about.

Very nice resort, surrounded by nature, with trees on one side and rice fields on the other. The whole environment is very relaxing and the beautiful setting gets even better at sunset! Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of tips and suggestions on things to do in the area. We had breakfast included in our rate and we also had lunch and dinner on the day of our arrival, so we could try different dishes and they were all delicious. Cocktails are good as well!
All was good, nothing to complain about. We had rented a car to move around, so it was not an issue to reach or move from the resort, that is located outside town.
