This fabulous Oceanfront condo is in a perfect location for all you want to do in Puerto Vallarta. The Peninsula Condo Complex is only 5 minutes by taxi to the Airport and Marina, only 10 minutes from the Romantic Zone. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a starbucks within easy walking distance. Lots of space around the infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. Great year round sunsets from the balcony. This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo in Tower 2 on the 17th floor, unit C . Amenities include Wireless internet, internet smart TVs in living room and master bedroom, a complete fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, steam/sauna/hot tub room, stunning lobby, elevators, and a business center that offers free internet service, faxes, etc. An enormous infinity pool for either swimming or wading is right on the beach in the heart of the North Hotel Zone. There is also a wading pool for children.
There is underground parking, a bus stop in front of Peninsula Plaza, and concierge service to call a taxi to pick you up at the lobby. Within walking distance are excellent restaurants, Starbucks, supermarkets. Wal-Mart, and Costco is also nearby.
This gorgeous Puerto Vallarta Rental Unit also provides an in-house phone to concierge and security, balconies in front and back, covered parking, refrigerator with ice-maker, full size washer and dryer, towels and beach towels.
***Electricity: 50kw of electricity are included per day. To prevent extra charges, please conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning when not in the condo. A charge of $4 pesos per kw will be assessed for consumption that exceeds an average of 50kw per day.
*****There are security cards to enter beach area, gym, business office In order to get these cards go down to Administration office and leave a refundable deposit, then when leaving drop off the key cards and get your deposit back.
If you are a "short term renter" (less then 30 days) the Peninsula Condo administration will no longer allow visitors due to the many problems that have happened in the past. If you are renting for more then 30 days, this does not apply.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The property was beautiful and the location was central to all of our activities. The owner was helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future!!
Couple helpful tips, 1.) walk down to La Isla to get a taxi for much less than the concierge desk.
2.) Check out Cooking Vallarta cooking class, such a fun experience!!

Have stayed at many home rentals. Some meet expectations and some come up short. This stay EXCEEDED expectations. Fantastic location right on the beach. Infinity pool is amazing. Very easy to catch an Uber anywhere. Longest we waited was 4 mins. Several great restaurants and shopping with in walking discustance. Hosts had several great suggestions for everything. We also enjoyed the other amenities in the tower, specifically the cardio and weight gyms as well as the steam room. Felt VERY safe the entire time and had no issues letting the teens go anywhere on the property by themselves. The key card to go to the beach or use the gym requires a deposit with the administration office, which is very easy. I only got one card and should have put deposits down for 2 to allow us to split up to the beach and gym. The stove is a fancy one and I didn't read the instructions on how to run it. Had I read the instructions I would have saved some time! Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms have individual ac units so you don't have to cool the entire house and still sleep in comfort. During the afternoon we turned off the ac and opened both doors to let the sea breeze blow through the condo and it was very comfortable (in July)!

Bad experience. Lots of problems including flooded bedroom floor. Many things did not work. Terrible internet service. Construction noise day and night. Won’t return. Beware of fake 5 star ad. Maybe a 3 star…

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, and the view was outstanding, The pools were great - clean and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas! The excellent security was reassuring and the staff there were friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and in good order and the kitchen well-stocked. The host was excellent about communication. He sent a list of "things to know" and several recommendations for dinner, shopping and things to do.
Our daughters love going to the well-equipped gym and we all loved the spa services. Gotta say that the pool-side service was fast and the food and drinks were great!
We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Lovely condo overlooking the ocean. Clean and well equipped. Great location. Close to groceries store and there are malls walking distance away if you are so inclined. Coffee shops (Starbucks and a local one are only steps off the property). Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penninsula! The staff was very helpful and polite. The condo had everything we could need for the week and we were very comfortable. Tim had excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping and activities. We will definitely return!!

The location of this complex is minutes from the airport. I would suggest using Uber or a Taxi service as we definitely over paid by prearranging transportation from the airport to the condo.
Check in was fairly quick and easy. You do have to purchase a key card to access the beach but that money is refunded once you return your key at the end of your stay.
The condo itself has spectacular views and was spotless as far as cleanliness is concerned. The condo was stocked with extra towels, beach towels/bag, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies!
Plenty of room for our family of 5 to enjoy time together!
Starbucks, and a few restaurants are within walking distance.
We did encounter a couple of small issues towards the end of our stay but Tim and the property management were quite timely in their correspondance and resolution. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean and beautiful place to vacation.
The only recommendation I have to offer is to add curtains to the bedrooms (there are shades already on all the windows but curtains would help with the heat and early morning light).

Wow, wow, wow!
You know it’s going to be an amazing stay when the first thing seen upon opening the front door of the condo is an incredible ocean view! We spent a lot of time on that balcony soaking in the view.
The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We lounged by the pool all day, and were just a short walk or taxi ride from some amazing restaurants and night life.
The owner made the booking process a breeze and was very helpful in getting us get situated. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time staying at the Peninsula complex so we knew it would be great when booking. We enjoy the complex itself for the well maintained clean grounds, beautiful pool that never feels crowded & overlooks the ocean and security. The condo itself was great well maintained, clean had everything we needed with lots of room for our family. My absolute favourite part of this complex is watching the beautiful sunsets on the balcony each evening which from the 17th floor allows for a great viewing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peninsula. Five adults and one 6 y/o child had lots of space. We loved the pool and beach area and everything about the condo.
The condo is completely equipped with quality cooking utensils and high end appliances, a great living area and fabulous views front and back.
The view in the morning is stunning. Sitting on the balcony with a fresh brewed coffee was a lovely way to start the day.
There are a number of restaurants within walking distance but all of the great PV restaurants are just an inexpensive Uber ride away .
Tim was very responsive and considerate to a couple of minor issues. The only possible negative was that the oool wasn’t heated yet and was very cold. I know owners we talked to were complaining about this as well.
Can’t wait to come back!

Our group has been visiting the peninsula for years. It was our first time renting with Timothy, but we will definitely be renting with him again! From check in to check out everything was a breeze. The condo was stunning as usual and everything was in working order. We were here for a wedding and just had a fantastic week.

Best Spot for Vacation!
My family and I have been staying at the Peninsula Condos for 4 years on vacation! I loved it so much I decided to take a friend-cation! We booked this property for April and it was a blast! The check in/out process was so easy, Timothy was a great and quick responder to my questions, the condo itself was great and we didn’t have any problems at all! Even the wifi was great! 10/10 stay and cannot wait to come back!!

Fantastic ocean view
We so enjoyed staying at the Pennisula condo. The views never disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped. There were lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. two of the tree bedrooms were wonderful, but as the condo is on the center of the building, there is a bedroom that has no window. That was really the only down side for three couples.
Tim, the owner, was very helpful and responsive.
The property management company was less so.
We have stayed at three different Pennisula condos and the facility is pretty nice. They should, however, keep up on the pool tile maintenance ( a lot of missing tiles), which distracts from the assumed caliber of this complex.
Nevertheless, we would certainly stay again. Thanks Tim!

Group of six adults stayed for nine nights. Check in process was very easy. Building was safe and secure. The condo was clean. Lots of space at the kitchen table and living room. Front and back balconies were amazing with lots of seating. We would open the balcony door at the front and back and had amazing breeze. Air conditioning was used very sparingly so that was a bonus. We cooked a meal every day. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Made coffee daily but did indulge in the Starbucks that was only ten minute leisure walk. Beds comfortable. Lots of pillows and towels. Blow dryer in each of the three bathrooms. The pool was amazing. When at the pool or beach you could order food or drink. All very reasonable and the coconut shrimp was a group favourite. Palapas on the beach were a treat from the hot sun. One day around 5:00 pm we were getting out of the ocean and there were turtles being hatched under one of the palapas. Amazing. About 50 babies. We were allowed to hold them and then assist them to the ocean. In the condo there was beach gear and shopping bags. Oh another plus...unobstructed sunsets, don’t miss it as it goes down fast. Sky divers landed everyday right in front of the condo. I could go on and on. Went down town, marina market on Thursday, romantic zone market Saturday, concierge arranged a van for us to go to Sayulita for the day. Covid testing was $1500 peso at the airport and $2500 pesos right across the street. We did at airport as it was a short taxi ride. Ask the taxi fare before you get in every time. We only had one time we didn’t ask and we got stuck with a large fare. We paid it and didn’t argue but it didn’t happen again. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions and the vacation rental property was also very easy to make contact with. I would recommend this property. We have been to PV 15-20 times over the years and when we drove by the Peninsula we always said we would stay one day. Glad we did!! Thanks Tim

Wonderful VRBO!
Our family of four had a great stay at this condo! The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The grounds and the condo were immaculately clean and we felt very safe staying here. There are great restaurants within walking distance and even the food poolside is good and very reasonably priced. The host was so nice and helpful with just a few glitches that were resolved in a matter of 5 minutes. One note - there is no cable at the condo. We were able to go to a sports bar to watch our college football games on Saturday so not a big deal. Thank you Tim for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! We have already recommended your place to some friends coming down soon.

Fabulous location and views!
This space was so spacious, accommodating items, so clean, felt so secure with security always on site and requiring information to enter. The staff was friendly and helpful and took their jobs very serious which was so comforting! If you’re looking for a comfortable carefree stay, this is a great place!!

Another wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay in PVR
Tim's condo is modern, clean, spacious and has a drop-dead view of Banderas Bay. Not a bad word to say. If you want a conveniently located HQ in PVR, this is it.

EXACTLY as Described: 5*!!!
I've stayed @ the property before, so I thought I knew what I was getting us into (in a good way :)) - and that's exactly what we got! The building is very well-kept and looks / feels brand new. Best. Pool. EVER!!! Words cannot easily describe. Beach is wonderful too, great for morning walks both north and south. And the the unit was as-shown - very well-appointed and CLEAN. And dealing with Time was a pleasure. I will be hitting Tim up next trip to PV - hopefully he has availability!!!
