Hermosa habitación

El Hotel muy está muy bien, amplio, agradable, recepción 24h, muy amplia la habitación con todo lo necesario. Céntrica al lado de la estación de tren. Tienes un super, el mercado y restaurantes muy cerca.

En el momento que llegamos había obras y nos fue imposible acercarnos más. Dejar el coche un poco lejos porque no podíamos llegar más cerca del hotel a buscar un parking. Nada que no se pudiera arreglar, lo dejamos en zona azul.

Great location.

If traveling by train this accommodation is a gem. Plus you are within the nicest part of Montpelier. Trams available on the doorstep. Nice big room and quiet. Front desk has staff on hand so entry is simple.

The staff should very well know all the front doors to the apartments are hard to close so guests have to slam them to close them. Lubricate the locks please. You should attend to this as it wakes us up as early risers leave.

Good location, and a back room would be great.

A very good location for the train station, and the central square (Monoprix etc).

Avoid the front rooms as they are above the tram stop, and when each trams takes off it dings its bell. Also there can be a lot of people activity outside your window.

Bed bugs! Hello, I already filed a complaint at the reception desk this morning but I haven’t heard back yet and now booking.com is asking me to give my opinion on my stay at Odalys City Montpellier Les Occitanes. The apartment looked nice at the start but this morning when I got up I was bitten all over my body by bed bugs (punaise de lit). I’ve taken some pictures and looked it up. All symptons are linked to bed bugs. I was horrified! I work in the business travel world and have traveled all over the world, stayed at hundreds of hotels but this is the first time this happened to me. First I thought these were mosquito bites but then I saw the bites at my back and I was wearing a t-shirt to sleep so it couldn’t be mosquitos. Also the pattern of several bites close together is typical fir bed bugs. I really welcome your reply and compensation.

Sufficient. The freshly squeezed orange juice with was great

Air con not working in our room. All lights not working. Some, English speaking television programs would have been appreciated. Crockery at a reachable height.

Excellent stay at Montpellier

Easy access to the main points of the city (and meters from Gare Saint Roch). Great attention from the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable!

Very Nice for the Price

I spent a long time in this B&B, and I can honestly say that for the price, it was very good. The room I had was very spacious. The women staff were awesome and so kind. The breakfast was adequate for the price they asked. I loved the old architecture.

The skinny night male staff. He was so unkept that my first night there he made me feel like I had ended up in a roach motel. I was happy to see that the rest of the staff was not like that. He also never seemed to have any information about anything. I always felt like I was bothering him even with the smallest questions.

Central hotel. 2 rooms so fine for a family of 4. Receptionist was helpful.

The bedroom carpet was very dirty. Difficult to arrive by car to the hotel as a lot of the roads are pedestrian or closed due to road works. The hotel has a reduced rate with a nearby car park so once we got there, this was helpful

Room and building a bit dated and dull. stains on carpet. grey. Also we were told carpark we get a car park discount T the Gare car Park but they didn't tell us we had to park on a particular floor, so we had to pay full price!

Insects in the room. Dust on the furniture in the room. Overall seems like hotel needs a refreshment especially the corridors.

We checked out 15 minutes after seeing the room. I think that says it all!

Nothing.

The rooms were so sparsely decorated it felt uncomfortable, but the bathroom was the biggest letdown the cabinets had all had water ingress, so the coating was peeling off. We asked if there might be a better room, but the person at the reception said all the rooms were in the same condition. We asked for a refund for any of the three nights, but were told they would hold the room for us. We moved into the Hotel Tulip next door, a little more expensive but much more comfortable. First time I have posted a negative comment on anywhere.

Not cleaned properly, the wc smelled of urine, carpet full of spots. broken window. AC above the bed made me sick. Awful and overpriced!!!!

Very close to the station and convenient to stroll the city by getting on the tram.

The room was clean with an excellent facility to stay in for a long. (I was only one night.)

No staff was there at the breakfast place in the morning, but I didn't have any inconvenience.
