Top Resort mit traumhafter Aussicht und Umgebung, etwas abgeschieden.

Super tolle Aussicht, auf die Reisfelder, auf Palmen. Direkt aus dem Zimmer. Man konnte die grossen Schiebetüren in der Nacht offen lassen. Das Resort wird gegen Insekten wöchentlich abgesprüht und so hatten wir nie Tiere oder Moskitos im Raum. Die angenehmen Temperaturen erlaubten ein Aufwachen mit und in der wunderschönen Natur.

Das Personal im Restaurant war gut. Aber nicht mehr. Für 5-Sterne müssten die Kellner besser ausgebildet werden. Diverse kleine Makel, die nicht in ein 5-Sterne Haus gehören, sind beim gesamten Personal vorhanden. Man schenkt immer etwas vom Getränk ein, man stellt es nicht einfach hin. Den Wein lässt man zuerst testen, bevor man ihn ganz einschenkt. Wir mussten oft rufen, damit wir bedient wurden, teils wurden wir ganz vergessen. Dies, obwohl das Personal unbeschäftigt rumstand. Ich empfehle, das ganze Restaurant Personal in eine Schulung zu schicken. Es sind Basics, die fehlen. Teils laute, schreiende Kinder am Pool. Das Resort kann da wohl nichts dafür, dafür gebe ich keinen Abzug. Den Abzug von 10 auf 9 gibt's aufgrund des Restaurantpersonals.

Great family stay

Staff especially restaurant staff wonderful. Remembered what our little girl liked and came without asking. Great food and variety

Hadn’t realised property was quite a distance from ubud with no village nearby. Shuttle was ok but times not so convenient with a small child. If out during the day no shuttle from 2:30 til 6:30. Would like to see bar get rid of plastic straws. Lots of other good eco options but still straws!

Great location and perfect services

I loved the location outside of Ubud with a great view on rice fields. Additionally I found the staff simply perfect. I also recommend the restaurant, food was really good

Bel établissement pour un séjour aux alentours d’Ubud

Très bel établissement offrant de jolies vues sur les rizières Tegalalang. Piscine à débordement, spa, très bon restaurant, personnel aux petits soins, tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet établissement Prévoir 15-25 min pour rejoindre le centre de Ubud, l’hôtel est un peu excentré mais une navette gratuite est mise à disposition

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar

Todo, un excelente lugar, limpio, muy cuidado y un personal maravilloso, restaurante excelente y el desayuno expectacular, volveria sin duda, solo la distancia al centro está lejos es lo unico que te hace dudar para repetir, di estuviese mejor ubicada o tuviese transfer gratis y flexible de horarios seria perfecto.

Шикарная вилла , з спальни , бассейн, кухня , прекрасный вид , природа необыкновенная, персонал отзывчивый , доброжелательный, за массаж отдельное спасибо , в наш пакет входил 1 массаж каждому , девочки в спа отлично делали массаж, бесплатный трансфер до Убуда в определенные часы , по расписанию.

Très très bien

Le personnel vraiment bienveillant, ils nous ont offert gratuitement un massage des pieds car ils nous ont trouvés fatigués. La vue, la piscine, location de scooter, petit déjeuner très copieux

Higher expectations

Clean and big room, nice decorated. Wonderful free morning yoga but with the noice from the customers having floating breakfast:( . There were also offers of different activities! Beautiful swimming pool with rice field view. Wonderful garden. Staff friendly.

We were expecting a bit more from the resort. Entrance a bit messy, our taxi couldn't drive us in the front of the entry. Wifi not good. A bit far from Ubud center but there is free shuttle provided. Breakfast can improve - coffee really bad. Overpriced for such a resort.

Exceptional

Everything was amazing. The facilities were brilliant, the staff were exceptionally friendly and catered to our every need. The pool was incredible and had the most spectacular view. The breakfast was delicious - I would recommend their pancakes! Do not hesitate to stay here - it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in!

Beautiful location, with friendly staff and tasty food. However, sometimes noisy and potential for snakes in rooms.

All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very tasty. There is a wide selection to eat at breakfast and we tried a number of different items and they were all excellent. The price of food and drinks is reasonable. We had massages, which were some of the best massages we’ve ever had. In addition, we had the candlelight dinner since we were on our honeymoon and it was lovely with candles and flowers and delicious food. The view from our suite and the main restaurant and pool is beautiful overlooking river fields and is away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud.

There were building works taking place next door and this was sometimes very noisy when having breakfast or relaxing by the main pool. However, it wasn’t continuous. There are also signs in the room about being on and island and as such there may be geckos or snakes and if you see one to call the hotel staff to remove it. We had no problems until the end of our stay when after our last breakfast a snake was in our bathroom. We called reception who dealt with it quickly (but also confirmed it was venomous). However, there are holes in the wall at floor level that have white lumps next to them, which we assumed are poison or something to dissuade snakes. There was one hole that did not have this and we believe this is the hole the snake came through. The snake tried to leave through another hole that had the white tablet but did not fully go into the hole and came back into the room. We believe the hotel should use cement or something similar to fill these holes and stop snakes coming in through them. We had sometimes been going to the bathroom in the dark and we are just glad the snake came in daylight so that we could see it.

Great Resort Close to rice terraces in Ubud

it’s absolutely stunning! You can see the rice terraces from everywhere. the staff is super friendly, and offer daily activities which they do themselves. my partner and I took a morning walk with Windy, which explained how everything worked and it was a surreal experience. they offer a free shuttle to the town centre as well, it runs almost every hour, which can save you a bit of money.

Very good

The staff were exceptional. The villa accommodation with private pool was comfortable and consistent with similar properties in the area. The location was very good - great view of rice terraces from restaurant, and a relatively easy walk mostly downhill along Campuhan Ridge to Ubud town centre.

The restaurant was good but not exceptional. Perfectly adequate for breakfast, OK for evening meal but there are much better options in Ubud town centre. The free shuttle service was very good, but would benefit from more frequent trips. The main pool is fairly small.

Convenience stay but could be better in term of pricing

The staff mostly helpful. They provide private professional phhotographer with reasonable charges. Good for couple who wanta to documented their romantic stay in the villa. The location of sebali street not too close to close to everywhere but also not too far. Good for people who wants to avoid traffic near ubud city center.

The amenities of the vila is a bit outdated. Need some refreshment and cleaning for the private pool area. Parking space a bit tight. Breakfast selection quite limited. The photo of the rice terrace in their profile picture as a background of the pool can not be seen from the villa, as it was taken using drone. So a bit disspointing when I found out in the location as I decide it and feel the price reasonable based on that condition. Without that the infinity pool value is bit degragraded and feel small, in my opinion.

Exceptional

It was a beautiful resort with amazing staff, ambience and facilities. The views were to die for. The spa treatments were amazing, the breakfasts and meals were just so delicious and fresh and we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

There was a shuttle bus to the city centre but would have liked more runs to the city if possible

Superb View

The property has a very spectacular view however the main pool was rather small and the location of the hotel is way to far from the main attraction. The only highlight of our stay is their staff were super helpful and everyone was very friendly especially there was one guy who parked our car not sure if he was a driver or a reception (sorry we forgot his name) was super accommodating

Fabulous stay, highly recommend

We were upgraded to a suite room and had our own private pool which was amazing. The attention to detail was worth every penny and the views overlooking the restaurant are much better than any picture!

Exceptional

Cozy hotel, not very big teritory but everything is clean, staff is great, helpful. Breakfast was very good and other food was also good, maybe little bit too expensive as it was higher prices than around but still it was not very overpriced. All in all very good option to stay.
