A Relaxing Beach Weekend with the Family.

Beautiful Well Equipped Apartment with Spectacular Sea Views. Very comfortable, well positioned accomodation for a family with young children. Restaurants and Shops close by. Beach literally on your doorstep with access to the promenade for walks. Loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the Ocean. The host was informative and easily accessible for queries. Great WiFi connectivity as well.

We had a small hiccup with the TV on our first night, there was no picture or sound. The host tried her best to assist. By the morning the TV was in working order and had DSTV & Netflix access which the kids loved.

The ocean is few steps walk, clean and value for money.

It’s beautifully located. What you see is exactly what you get.

Absolutely nothing not to like about the property. I just did not like how the host communicated, it made me feel unwelcome.

Wonderful stay, exceeding expectations.

Perfect location with awesome views of the ocean and sound of the waves. Comfortable, neat, well equipped unit with an inverter. Direct access to beach and promenade. Great communication from Sandy. Cleaning lady Mpumi very friendly and helpful.

We had the best anniversary and babymoon at this unit! The unit was spotless clean and the sea view was amazing. I would definitely make use of this unit again.

Clean, well equipped beach front apartment with breathtaking sea views.

Superb location, cant get any closer to the beach!!! The inverter was a real bonus and made the stay a lot more pleasant with the presence of continuous load shedding. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family!!!

An airconditioner would have been a nice luxury in the apartment. A washing machine in the unit would have also been a huge plus to sort out dirty laundry before departing.

Absolute bliss

The location is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach front and very easy access to the beach and pool area. Braai facilities were always kept neat and tidy as well as the maintenance on the complex. The staff were very friendly and always there to assist you if need be. Sandy (the host) was excellent and always there if we needed assistance. Will gladly stay here again.

it would be handy to have a second set of keys for the number of people staying in the unit. Everything else was perfect and have no complaints.

what is brokage refund?beach bag worth R1500

the view is beautiful and calming,the apartment was clean.the air in ballito is very different from where from

we were made to pay R1500 as a brokage refund.we were only told about it after paying for the stay that its not included. after we left Sandy tells us that we broke a bag and she is going to charge us for it.mind you we were not given a list of the items,they checked by themselves.Sandy told us she is going to charge us irrespective,i asked what is brokage refund she didn’t tell me she didn’t give me a list of the items she only told me about the inverter,yes the place was nice but we were comfortable when we were outdoors because we didn’t want to break anything .I really don’t comprehend house is a beach bag R1500.im not happy with her treatment.I don’t know how many people have changed that brokage refund

Place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great views of the beach and ocean. Good accessibility to beaches. The swimming pool and braai area. Communication from hostess was great. Good cleaning service every day.

One of the best place for a vacation

Without a doubt this was one of our favorite place to take a well deserved family vacation. The host was extremely friendly and proactive in providing relevant information prior to our arrival. Perfect location, right by the beach, which made it ideal for those morning walks and afternoon swim. We felt extremely safe. The place was kept clean and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Theres convinent shops and restaurants are nearby.

Stay was ok, but I don't think I'll book again as a guest I didnt feel I was treatedwe

The location really close to the beach with beautiful views. It was clean. Cot was arranged for the baby.

The host was rude and unaccommodating in terms of that 2 adults and 2kids (3yrs and baby under 1) where counted as 4 guest(adults) even tho policy states there's a cot offered and children under 18were allowed to stay free when using existing beds. So basically 1room stayed empty. There was also a musky/Stuffy smell in both bedrooms even with the windows open. Also at night can hear loud croaking of frogs throughout the night. I think there's a canal near the building. I did stay at this place in 2019 and I noticed that there was still the same bedding in terms of blankets from 2019. The stove plate emitted alot of smoke. Also check out was between 9 to 9 30am which is very early. The domestic worker arrived at 9 and started cleaning while we were still packing up. I think check out should happen and once guests leave then only should cleaning begin. The lounge mat was plastic and the leather sofa were very soft and uncomfortable.
