Par où commencer les draps déchirée on a retrouver des excréments de souris sur le lit aucun piscines sale la femme de ménage est passé une seule fois pendant notre séjour malgres nos demande même les serviette incapables de nous donnez des propre tout les jours le matelas dur comme de la pierre dormir à meme le sol reviendrez a la même chose ne vaut pas du tout mais du tout le prix

Big but not comfortable

I've rented biggest villa and there were several things that we liked: outdoor tropical shower, size of entire villa.

Terrible placement of airconds in bedrooms, airconds were not cleaned for a loooong time, cigarette butts around the pool from previous customers. Breakfast quality below expectations, frankly it was poor like in 3 stars hotels, smell of washing substances inside house and on the bedsheets when we moved in, pillows were so high and unusable so it was easier to roll towels to sleep on.

Old and dirty furnishings. No golf carts for luggage transportation from lobby to your villa.

Las fotos esngañan. Parece un hostal, ni hablar del hotel 5*

Fracaso total. Daba asco. Menos mal que lo cogimos solo para 2 noches. Es un lugar para jóvenes y hippis. Un hotel super sucio, no preparado para recibir la gente quien busca las estrellas que anuncia el lugar. Las fotos engañan y no trasmiten los olores horribles dentro de las villas… Ni me atreví probar el desayuno tras ver la “limpieza” de las habitaciones y de las toallas las que parecían más unas mopas utilizadas. Eran blancas en el siglo oasado. Ni se renovaron desde aquel entonces. No había ni jabón para manos, tuvimos que sacar el gel de ducha. Todo huele fatal. El colchón durísimo . La cocina llena de grasa, la esponja para vajillas sucia, igual cono las mismas vajillas. Faltan palabras para describir todo el disgusto.

للاسف عكس توقعاتنا .

1- المنتجع لايستحق ان يكون خمسه نجوم 2- وجود الناموس والحشرات بكثره 3- لا يوجد خصوصية للفيلا عكس الصور لا يوجد سور لفيلتك ( وانت بالمسبح الخاص بفلتك يمر العمال من حولك)) 4- موظفين الفطور يدخلون وانت نايم للفيلا لوضع الفطور . 5- عمال التنظيف يدخلو الفيلا من غير استئذان وانت نايم ينظفو الغرف التي لا يوجد فيها احد واذا كان باب الفيلا مغلق يفتحون الشباك عليك لتصحيتك. مع العلم تم تبليغ الاستقبال واستمر الوضع كما هو. 6- غير نظيفة الفيلا. 7- لا يتم اصلاح اعطال الفيلا قبل قدومك بل وانت موجود بالفيلا مثل الدش كان مكسور صلحوه ونحن موجودين وكذلك لمبه الغرفة وكذلك الخزنه .

Great villa and good stay. Please buy new bed sheets.

The villa was really private. No weird holes. The villa was specious. The pool was a deep. No deposit required and no additional fees (water or electricity).

The TV was small and old. Bed sheets, cover pillows were stained with various smudges. The filter machine for the swimming pool was always on and we could not turn it off (small sound) but we could not hear it when sleeping. The bed frame is too big. The breakfast was pathetic.

Good Privacy - Enjoyable time.

Very private pool. You can use it with your wife and kids with no concern for privacy. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. There are some shops within walking distance - 711 is a little far, but still you can walk to it. They deliver the rented motorbike to the apartment. I like staying in this apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is remote, but you can manage that by renting a motorbike. The breakfast is poor, almost same food every day.

Worst I have read the previous reviews that someone say’s his iPad was stolen by house keeping. I confirm this because i keep my all things in my bag with a lock but i forgot my charger out the bag and They stole it. I couldn’t stay full days i booked, I was not satisfied. For breakfast was very, very bad. (Theft of personal items, the smell in rooms, the breakfast is very bad, no safety).

Will not come back again

The location. The staff was very helpful and flexible when we wanted to stay only one night. We enjoyed the big plate of fruits they put on arrival.

Scored as 5 start but in reality it is more than 3 stars . The furniture is tired. The garden is not big as the picture. For the breakfast they bring it to your room/ villa and it is not a buffet.

Great location , easy to get around from here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. I would recommend getting the villa with the extra garden space .

Relaxing isolation with a really great staff

The service was great and we felt very welcome. We had to delay our stay by one day and the manager took care of us with a refund which I did not expect. Upon arrival we were greeted by who I believe was the manager. Our villa was also upgraded to a two bedroom which was a nice surprise. We were always greeted with a smile. Communicating with the staff was quite easy as well and we had no problems asking for help with anything. We were contacted early prior to our trip and they offered to help us with everything including the Thailand Pass process, shuttle, and renting a motorbike. The internet is super fast and impressed me a lot. The pool was very clean and the showers were one of our favorite things. The air conditioning is very strong and there are also huge ceiling fans so you will not overheat.

The location is a bit isolated from walkable areas which is not a bad thing at all depending on what you prefer. It's great for isolation and getting away from the crowds so just something to keep in mind.

Good for the price

The pool was good however if you’d like to tan you better get a floating bed as the terrace gets in the shadow very fast and the Sun is only shining on the pool from noon time. The beds are clean. Easy to rent a bike - we got ours delivered to the room directly. The hotel is part of the test and go program.

The bathrooms are a bit old and the pillows were very bad - extremely high.

Peaceful area, beautiful and modern villa with lovely pool. Nice breakfast delivered every morning. Little far away, but with motorcycle lots of restaurants and beaches easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay

Design of the villa was amazing. We stayed for only a day, but then I extended for another two days. Totally recommend this place.

They bring you breakfast in your room, sometimes the scrambled eggs were not too warm, but the rest was good.

Place was clean and spacious. Stopped here for 2 nights before heading to airport also while waiting for the PCR results. Was perfect
