Beautiful upgraded ground floor 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on Fazio's first fairway. Tastefully decorated. The extended living room replaces lanai with a wall of windows /sliders facing golf course with beautiful view of sunset and added space. Beautiful cherry wood and granite kitchen and both bathrooms. Main bathroom is a show tub combo and master bathroom having a stand shower. Porcelain tile throughout. A/C in the bedroom and updated kitchen with everything you need. Cable TV, phone, and Wi-Fi. Owner has added boogie boards and beach chairs for guests to use. Linens and towels are provided. Pool and barbeque just outside your door. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts.

If you want a location away from the touristy vibe of Waikiki, this spot is for you. The unit was nice but included no place to sit outside even though it had a sliding door opening to the golf course view. Despite the description indicating it had A/C, the only unit was in the bedroom so the living/kitchen areas got quite warm even with the ceiling fan on and windows open. The light switches in the bedroom, closet, and outside didn't work and it could have used a suitcase rack like those found in hotels, especially if one has trouble bending over and didn't want to put a suitcase on the bed to unpack. If you plan to cook, bring your own salt & pepper. We had to buy some and we left it for those staying after us. The main bathroom is off the hallway and a decent size, but the one in the bedroom, conceivably for use by more than one person, is very small with very little counter space. It would have been better if the design of the bathrooms had been switched. Being our first time to the North Shore, we didn't know what to expect so note that the roads are mostly one lane each way and were quite crowded with people looking for places to park for beach access if not going to the beach in the resort area. Plan accordingly. You do get what you pay for.

Everything was great, except the air conditioner. It is located in the room so in order to cool the living room, it has to be at full blast and leave the door open. When you are sleeping the AC is really loud (because you want to keep the living room cool) so it takes a couple of nights to get used to the AC noise.

Very warm. One A/C unit in the bedroom does not even come close to cooling this condo. Two of us in the condo. I slept on the pullout sofa bed in the living room area. Had to keep ceiling fan on high above the bed just to keep from being miserably warm while trying to sleep. Kept window shades closed day and night trying to stay cool.Noticed several of the other units had 2 A/C units. One in living room and one in bedroom.

Just a quick walk to a couple amazing beaches. Great amenities. Kids had no complaints with the pullout couch sleeping arrangement, but a bit to unsupportive for my husband and me . Very quiet, serene neighborhood and relaxing experience

Hi all,First of all thanks for giving us 035 instead of the one we had originally booked (033). Though you hadn't asked our permission for that, I was glad because 035 was very fine and we loved being right on the grass. All went well except that we could not lock either the big sliding glass or big screen doors. In fact, I couldn't even close the glass door -- it was too heavy and somehow not properly in its grooves. My husband closed it but we could never lock it. I'd have let you know, but we got so busy I never had time. Thank you, though, for a wonderful vacation.Elizabeth Farnsworth

We have rented many times with this rental company and have stayed in this unit before. It was nice. I do wish there was a king size bed instead of a queen, but it was a comfortable bed. The sofa is also more comfy than some of the other units’. It’s clean, which is imperative for me. I was surprised there wasn’t any salt and pepper, but I appreciate the soap for the bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. I’d stay here again (my husband works in Lai’e often and when I accompany him, we choose these rentals over the hotel whenever possible.

Nicely remodeled unit. Great location 7 minute walk to Turtle Bay, you can see Lei Lei's restaurant from the back door. Very cool.We arrived at 4pm as instructed by the management company, we used the gate code provided and it just rang and rang and rang, nobody answered to let us in. We reversed and waited for about 10 minutes until a resident let us in. When we found the unit, the assigned parking stall was taken(presumably by the owners, which is fine but we were instructed to park only in that stall). When we approached the unit it was still being cleaned so we walked down to Turtle Bay and had a drink, when we returned, they were done cleaning and they did a very good job.However, the unit had NO amenities. There was no sponge or dish soap to wash dishes, or soap for the dish washing machine. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in either bathroom, the towels were in the dryer and still very much wet, we ran them again in the dryer and they were still wet, so we hung them throughout the unit to dry.Overall we enjoyed our stay, but felt that the management dropped the ball on our visit.

The location was very comfortable and a pretty view of the golf course. The design of the unit was comfortable also and the kitchen was very pretty and well equipped. The bathrooms were out dated and not very clean. Ants were on the floor of the bathroom, bedroom floor, climbing up the wall of the bedroom right over the bed and also in the kitchen. Ant traps were in the kitchen but looked old. No other ant traps were in the unit. Several ants were found in the bed linens and that was gross. A used water bottle was left under the table where the books and magazines were laid out. Apparently the cleaning crew missed that when cleaning the floor. The smell of the unit or horrible when we first opened it up. It smelled like mildew and mold and old wet clothes. We opened the windows and aired it out and that helped. The bed was very UNCOMFORTABLE. Lumpy and hard and the headboard was old,peeling,and flopped against the wall if you sat on the bed. THE BED NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT A KING SIZE WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. It was way too small and we are not big people. The couch and chair in the living room were comfortable and having a table and bar stools was appreciated. The TV worked well, although we didn't use it that much. The added touch of the owner's welcoming book and sign in book and picture book was a nice touch. Overall, the cleaning crew needs to step it up a couple of notches and the exterminator needs to make a visit and the bed really needs to be replaced.

It was just as I remembered it from over a decade or 2 ago, so peaceful it was perfect! We experienced the worst weather I have ever had while in Hawai'i but it was still perfect! If you want to get away from the busy of life and just unplug this is the best place to do it. It was my husband's first time and he is already planning our next trip!! We will be coming back soon!!! I do wish there was a way to have a boogie board or 2 there for use but I understand cost.

The stay was great! My only complaint/s was that we arrived very late in the evening and drove right passed the resort, because of no/poor signage/lighting. And then once in we could not find our condo, because there is NO lighting on the building/condo #s for you to know what unit is where.And the stair/door auto lights come on after you're at/passed the light and turn if quickly. Better lighting is a MUST!!

We enjoyed the nearby hotel amenities, poolside entertainment nightly, surf lessons and Kuilima Cove beach (great for kids) as well as Kawela Bay. We stay in this unit as well as others at least annually, and have never had any problems up until this stay. Less than 24 hours into a 5 day stay, we received an email accusing us of damaging something. We damaged nothing, and no "inspector" other than ourselves was in the unit for that 18 hours in question, so this is clearly an error. We have tried for a week now to get this corrected, but they won't even respond to our emails or our phone calls.

This condo was great! We will stay here again in the future. All of the floors are tile so you don't have to worry about nasty carpet. The kitchen is fully stocked. The entire place was perfectly clean. When we were going to book this place I was a little nervous because some reviews complained about the owners parking in the space for the condo. They were in the parking space when we got there but it is not a big deal at all. There were a bunch of parking spaces a few feet away that we could use. We did see a few very very small black ants that people were complaining about but they are not a big deal. I thought the black ants in Utah were small until I saw these ants. Again, no big deal. The place was perfectly clean when we got there and the ants didn't show up for a few days. Don't let that deter you from the other reviews.

After unpacking bag, we noticed Air conditioner was not working. Switch to turn on porch light stopped working. (Switch inside condo). Paper blinds were shredded. (we had no privacy,). Dirty dishes were put away prior to arrival. Front porch faucet does not have a valve. (Would have been handy to wash feet ). Solar light on stairs does not work. (safety issue! Very dark when walking up or down stairs at night. Very dark porch area. I notified “the estates but nothing was done regarding this important issue.. sensor light did work, but useless if walking towards condo). Would have preferred thicker curtains in bedroom. Sun woke us up ever morning. Condo bedroom faces the East.

This condo was the best yet. We have stayed in 8 different condos in the Kuilima Estates and this one was the best. Location was perfect and the unit is updated very nicely. The nearby beach at Kuilma cove is great for swimming and snorkeling. Dinning in at Lei Lei's was not an option because of covid protocol but taking food back to the condo was fun. Great food from Ted's bakery, Giovanni's shrimp truck and the deli at Foodland. It would be nice if some cleaning supplies were provided such as Windex, Comet cleanser and disinfectant. Also, anything that could be done to increase the light in the kitchen area would be a plus. The toilet in the bathroom off the hall flushes but takes a long time to refill. Over all, we would definitely stay here again.

The best part of this condo is the seven-minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort! You walk out the backslider to the lovely golf course and in no time you are at the beach. The condo itself had almost everything you needed for a great stay. It was very clean and it was a nice touch to offer beach towels and beach chairs which were used almost daily. We wish they would have included at least a few nights of shampoo and conditioner/lotion until we had time to get to a grocery store plus you can't include these items in your carry-on luggage. The kitchen is very dark so more light would be great and the furniture is not the most comfortable, but works. (A little money for soft new throw pillows would go a long way). The hallway bathroom toilet needs maintenance as it makes really weird noises. This unit is also close to one of the little pools and if playing tennis is your thing, bring a racket as the courts looked nice. The North Shore is such a fun place to visit and this condo was a good value for being by all the beaches and activities we wanted to experience. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Great condo and great location. We were able to unwind after each days activities and the staff at the resort were very friendly. The only note would be that the AC unit in one of the bedrooms didn't blow cool air, and there was no AC available in the main room.

We loved our stay here! It's in a great location, very easy to explore all parts of the north shore from here. Great kitchen and open living space. Only minor complaint - wifi router could use an upgrade (or located more centrally in the unit). Wifi was very spotty in the bedroom, but great everywhere else.
