La propreté

L’éclairage ne fonctionnait pas d’un côté du lit, la tv en panne également. Après signalement il ne s’est rien passé et on nous a signifié au moment de notre départ que nous aurions dû insister et retourner à la pêche aux renseignements, mais nous étions sur Toulouse pour nous occuper de notre aïeule et n’avions pas le temps… il ne nous a été proposé aucun geste commercial, ce n’est pas bien grave, juste dommage.

Très bon séjour

Literie et propreté de la chambre. Bon accueil même à une heure d'arrivée tardive. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Rapidité du paiement et du checking out

Pratique pour nos déplacements.

La situation géographique par rapport à nos déplacements . L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel .

Hôtel qui paraît maintenant vieillot ! Un peu défraîchi. Le petit déjeuner galère : de tout partout , mauvaise visibilité des produits ( surtout pour les mal voyants ) et peu d’explications !!! Dommage … Prix en augmentation .

Nice stay relaxing near Toulouse

Nice hotel and good breakfast, great swimming pool really appreciated while so hot weather! Well located near shopping mall and transportation. Nice stay. Free parking secured.

Over priced and very small, very basic room facilities.

Breakfast was a great continental breakfast with lots of choice and plenty of food and drinks. It was convenient to the motorway and set on a trading estate with many food outlets

I didn't have a view of the patio as advertised and there was a lot of traffic noise when window open. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely small. I was really disappointed that there weren't any refreshments in the room. It is such an expected facility that I didn't check. No drinks at all, not even bottled water. I went to reception to ask and was offered free bottle of water, but no tea or coffee unless I paid. We had a double room with only 2 pillows as standard. There was one extra pillow in the one small wardrobe which meant that only one of us had the comfort of 2 pillows. There was hardly enough room to get around and we had 2 sets of luggage that was difficult to store and have room to walk around. At a cost of 100 euros, this didn't compare well and I wouldn't book again.

Pleasant

The staff was always eager to help qnd pleasant to interact with. The bed was comfortable. The spacious parking lot is also appreciated.

The smells were strange in the hotel, both the corridor and the room: felt like they are trying to cover up something left after a bachelor party. The selection at the breakfast büfé was a bit poor.
