Superb

Apartment 902 is very spacious and has a great view of the side of the mountain. Having the ski rental in the hotel and shuttle that takes you to and from the slopes is very comfortable. The pool is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Drinking water (excepting the tap water) from the hotel is very expensive. Bring water with you especially if you are going with kids. The restaurant menu options are very limited, but few as they are, they are good.

The apartment is very big, perfect for a group/family. View is amazing and breakfast delicious.

Very bad experience and unprofessional staff

we had a very bad experience in the hotel from the moment we arrive till we left, i had a 2 bedroom suit apartment , Reception is not professional at all , what ever you ask they reply unprofessional, specially when you call over the phone to the reception they just want to close the phone and block the things in your face specially ANDREEA the reception she is SO UNPROFESSIONAL she dont know how to handle customer request and extremely rude, The utilities in the room are not working and damaged and left this way. And in the end when you complain they tell you that those are suit apartments and we dont take care much that is not reserved by us, what do i care for i am reserving in an hotel this is something internal it is not my issue, As for the food no variety on the buffet very poor, they say breakfast included and you pay for water and cappuccino how come?? In the end the level of the hotel doesn’t worth the stars given at all and i dont recommend it all for the experienced travelers looking for certain type of hotels with level.

The apartment

The facilities needs a big upgrade, swimming pool for kids is an outdoor pool, but inside in the place where a normal swimming pool should be, although for kids …is just for the ones who know how to swim because adults are not allowed in the kids swimming pool. Playground is in poor condition. Inside play area was dusty with dead insects.

Good Stay.

The view of the room was incredible. Beautiful sunrises. Big room. Room came with a lot ameneties. Good for families. The hotel lobby looked great after its renovations! Good location too. Pools were great!

Room was a little outdated, beds weren't very comfortable. Unfortunate as the entrance lobby was beautiful. Breakfast got crowded very fast.

Recommended! Great stay! Wonderful memories created!

Everything went very well with our 3 days trip to Poiana Brasov for my husband birthday. Family of 4 with two babies under two years old. Two bedrooms apt with a living area and kitchenette was very comfortable for our needs. We received two baby beds which was a nice touch. The owner, Mr. Adrian N was always in contact with us assisting with our notes and requirements. Great communication established with him. The accommodation is awesome therefore we recommend and we will return to Alpin apartment if in Poiana Brasov. The service in the hotel is wonderful, especially the guest relations and food & beverage area. Well done! 10 out of 10. My husband enjoyed very much the massage surprise that I arranged for him... so high note for the spa as well. Also we got a wonderful surprise in the room (for in hotel use only) a kids tent, a castle ... our girls just loved it... filled with balloons was just fun fun fun... they had a blast. Nice touch!

In regards to Alpin hotel facilities... Not their fault, however due to the pandemic, the interior pool was closed. Better kids area ... the bouncing castle was not clean and when used the shoes got completely wet... think that was leaking. Anyway we consider that they can do a better job with the kids playing area... to be improved and better cleanliness.
