Convenient and comfortable

I have repeatedly stayed at Wyndham Airport Quito, just because it is so conveniently located and comfortable. The people at the reception desk and in the restaurant are super nice; they make you feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious, the shower is huge, and - very important - the bed is excellent. I particularly appreciate their effort to avoid plastic. There are no plastic bottles in the room, but a carafe and a water fountain in the hallway. The shuttle service to the airport is also great.

Surprisingly great stay close to airport!

This was a surprisingly nice stay. We had an overnight layover in Quito, and this was the closest option to the airport. We didn't expect much but it far exceeded those expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was warm and welcoming and smelled great. They pool and spa area was also a nice treat. Lastly the food, wow, we had the breakfast and lunch buffet, they certainly know how to impress. Definitely recommend if only in Quito for a night.

Not much to put on this list. The lunch buffet that wasn't included was a little pricy but with the quality and variety of food options it was worth it in our opinion. Otherwise, nothing we could find not to like.

Falta de información en el check in, no dieron indicaciones de las instalaciones con gym, piscina, y extras, tampoco informaron del desayuno, los horarios sobre todo, Súper mala la atención en el counter. En el restaurante nos ofrecieron cena buffet, y platos a la carta, pero cuando nos decidimos por el bufett, nos indicaron que teníamos 15 minutos.para comer, no puedes condicionar a un huésped que acaba de llegar hace 15 minutos de un vuelo. El cliente quiere hospitalidad más no hostilidad. Presente mi queja y para compensar mi molestia, me regalaron unos mini bolones y mini pastel de yuca también las “colas” o sea las bebidas soft. Las porciones de los platos a la carta son pequeñas no tiene balance con el precio. Como dice el refrán “ De el Lobo un pelo “

Fabulous place to stay for an early flight and some R&R.

The Spa and Gym are a big plus! LOVE the steam and sauna. The breakfast outstanding. Amazing convenience.

Loved it all!

Great staff starting from shuttle pick up to Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant staff. Loved the breakfast spread that’s included in the price of the room. Would have been great if there were a bathtub 🛁 however the shower was lovely. Thank you and keep up the high standards and great customer service. One more thing… a discount for a return trip would also be welcomed. Thank you again.❤️

Location is great and it’s very modern

No property near an airport is perfect because of noise but this wasn’t too bad. Room desk area could use some paper and pens.

Excellent airport hotel - can't be beat

Everything you could ask for of an airport hotel. Very close to the airport, good pickup service, excellent breakfast layout, clean rooms, and very helpful staff (I had a booking issue that they took care in a way that was above and beyond the call of duty). Loved the purified water dispenser machines on each floor one's personal water bottle.

Amazing experience.

The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Amazing choices and fresh fruit. Incredible. They also helped us get private transfer to the airport when the shuttle was full and left earlier than expected. They did it fast and for free, amazing service.

se puede hacer mejor, restaurante bueno, personal bueno, pero comfort de habitacion limitado

traslado muy rapido y eficaz

no hai albornoz en habitacion tal que ofrecido, abertura de ventana defectuosa toallas de bano muy pequenas y insuficientes por dos personas, fundas dr sabanas mal ubicadas, cam hecha al revs no hai agua potable en habitacion, cuarto muy muy frio sin calefaccion,colchon hundidos , almohadas demasiado soaves no hai un solo jaboncillo , solo liquidos , olor pestilente en bano, seguramente problema de desague solo dos dosis de café muy pequenas, ningun utensilio metalico como cuchara , cuchillo, etendor etcetera , imposible pelar una fruta

Great place to stay in passing through Quito and want a good hotel with great food and service.

Hotel was well located to access the airport which worked for us. Great bar and restaurant with a good menu and lots of options. There was a buffet breakfast and a omelet station. Service was excellent and fast. There is a outside deck great for sunset drinks near the bar. There are airline check-in consoles in the hotel that provide advance luggage check. This allows you to by-pass some queues at the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from airport that runs every 30 minutes.

Bit far from town centre but stuff is spread out and Quito is a big and sprawling city so no big issue to get around. Just factor in some time and consult Google Maps for driving time estimates. Get taxis which are reasonable and reliable. The hotel has their own taxis available to book.

Super early flights eliminate breakfast at the hotel. Unfortunate b/c the breakfasts are great, but the kitchen isn’t open early enough.

Good hotel and room next to airport, not so good front desk staff.

The breakfast was good and in a decent location.

The hotel staff tried to charge VAT, had to have a manager remove the VAT due to being exempt as a US traveler. Also the staff wanted to charge me an extra $30 since I had my partner with me, but was booked and showed in booking.com the room is for 2 guests. The staff refused to charge my credit card for the lunch as we had signed receipt to charge the lunch to the room. I found the staff at the desk very unqualified and incompetent. A disappointment for such a quality hotel.

supportive and interesting staff, superb restaurant- love the fresh fruits and veggies!, steam room steamy, rooms comfor

close to airport w easy access by shuttle large windows with nice view in lobby and plenty of comfortable seats

nowhere to walk outside. we tried to take a walk and had to jaywalk across highway and bushwhack to edge of canyon. we did glimpse some gorgeous birds and views. hotel could create a walking path, i think

Convenient, safe, recovery, excellent staff.

Very convenient for the airport. Marco the shuttle bus driver was waiting to pick us up as promised with placard bearing our names - very safe. Small pool with sauna and steam room - ideal to relax stiff legs after 12h flight. Christian was excellent waiter - serenaded Happy Birthday in 5 languages (English Italian Spanish Portuguese and Japanese)!

Balance had to be paid on checking in by the first member of our family group to arrive before they could access room.

Great hotel! Location is perfect, accommodations are excellent and the staff were super friendly.

Bed was comfy, super clean rooms and facilities and the staff was extremely nice and thoughtful.

Proximity to airport and shuttle was very convenient - service of the staff in all parts of the hotel was wonderful

There would be a suggestion about putting robes and slippers in the rooms. The floor connection between the shower and the floor there was a bit of black mold- I am very allergic

Great airport overnight stay.

Great location at the airport for an overnight stay. Comfortable and spacious room. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The coffee machine in the room would be better replaced with a kettle.

An extremely comfortable experience as close as possible to the Quito Airport

The service provided at the Wyndham was excellent in every way. The service at the restaurant was fantastic, and the food was simply delicious. The availability of a shuttle to go to the airport very early in the morning was so convenient. In every way, I was so pleased to have stayed at the Wyndham.

Everything was excellent; I do not have any negative comments about my experience at the Wyndham.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable facilities, convenient location.

Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. A small but nicely equipped fitness centre.

The room was next to the highway and you can hear the traffic for most of the night. Not good sound proofing.
