The location is perfect, especially if you plan to visit all the beautiful beaches in the northern area of the island. Close to everything, restaurants, a small and calm beach five minutes walking, a small supermarket. The host is really nice and will help you with all you need. For the ladies, not only I found a nice air dryer but also a hair straightener :) Thank you Stavros we really enjoyed our staying!

Very clean apartment and room, lovely veranda overlooking the pool, very friendly, competent staff, good wifi, close to a small supermarket and a few lovely restaurants. A bit far from the beach but we had our own transport which was a huge win. Aircon in our room was 100% spot on. In the bigger unit, the aircon was in the kitchen area, not the room, so the room was not as cool as one would ideally have liked.
Beds are a bit hard, pillows a bit hard and flat. Pool loungers broken, need some attention.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and shown to our apartment straight away. The lady gave us some tips and directions about the local area which we found really useful. All this was done in 10mn! (no lengthy forms, long queue at check-in etc) which meant we were able to start our holidays straight away!

Very clean, modern apartment. The appartments were surrounded by various restaurants or apartments where you can eat and drink. Supermarkets nearby. Just under 10 mins drive to Skiathos town. Staff onsite and owner were very friendly. Great value for money.

I have really enjoyed the accommodation in every its detail, Stavros is a real manager and he has been super in hosting us. Very kind and available all the day.
The room was very clean: the cleaning service changed towels and bedsheets every day.
The bathroom has a half-space dedicated to the shower and the other half for the toilet and sink.
Nothing. Maybe the chlorine-level inside the swimming pool must be reduced cause the smell is no pleasant after a while.

The apartment was very nice and modern. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The staff was friendly, the apt. was cleaned every day. The kitchen was perfect, some stuff was missing but we got it when we asked for it. The balcony was big and with view to the pool. The apartment is on a hill but close to bus stop 15. The closest beach is Kolios. There is a small supermarket on the same street.

The whole place was exceptional. The bathroom was beautiful, like a 5 star hotel. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The bedrooms were large and beautiful and both had straight access out to large balconies that overlooked the gorgeous surroundings. The view was amazing as was the pool which was secluded and quiet. Air conditioning, T.V. and ample space. The owner Stavros was a wonderful host. The attention to detail was really noted. Honestly STAY HERE!!!!!

We loved the view from the room, the cleanliness, very quiet area, pool area very elegant. The interaction with the employees is very discreet. The bathroom is very large and airy. It is located in the middle of the island, close to Shiathos town and the beautiful northern beaches. Small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. The Acces from the Main Street is a bit narrow and steep, for those who are interested in this aspect.

We had a ten night stay in the villa, a family with two 9.and 12. We liked everything about Villa Albanis: location, crystal clean, comfortable beds, good mattress, nicely decorated interiors, discrete fragrance in the bathroom. Nice hosts, lovely pool surrounded by lemon trees and fig trees. Quiet surroundings. Easy to reach the best beaches and Skiathos town. We highly recommend it.
- a coffee machine would be nice to have and a few more utensils in the kitchen. Anyway when I asked for a pan, I received it right away.
- the pillows are quite hard. the kids complained.

Great Rooms, recently modernized, tastefully decorated. Pool area quiet and relaxing. Small supermarket within 100 mtrs. Choice of tavernas close by. Easy walk to main road where bus to town stops. Friendly owner.

The apartment was large, immaculately maintained with modern fittings and fixtures. Beds had good quality mattresses and both bedrooms had their own air conditioning The bathroom was the most modern we have ever had in many visits to various Greek islands. Our host was extreamly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was a pool and nice places to eat within easy walking distance, as well as a small supermarket very near.
Across the road was a lovely beach. Perfect for couples or family holidays. Plus a bus stop (down some steps which needs to be considered if mobility is an issue) which takes you too lots of beaches along the coast. Cant recommend highly enough.

Stavros couldn’t do enough for us, made us very welcome, if we needed anything just to let him know. The apartment was very clean, cleaned every day with clean towels and bedding! Would highly recommend stay there

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and cozy. Lovely view from the balcony. 5 minutes walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach. The host, Stavros, was charming and welcoming.

the property tried to put us in other room that we booked, because our room was already occupied by other people.
the studio that we booked was posted as 33 sq meters. the real size is 4 by 4 steps. if we include the bathroom and balcony and the parking , maybe we will have the booked 33 sq m.
the remote controls was not covered with folios.
at the balcony we had a lot of animals like cats, lizards , mosquitos
the lady that give us the key do not speak any English

The showers were fabulous, and the lady who did the cleaning was so friendly and the rooms were kept immaculate.
This is a minor issue, the furniture on the terrace was not very comfortable, it needed seat pads
