Beach and Sea amazing. Facilities are top notch

Not a fan of the use towels only on our beach policy. What is the point of this other than to force the customer to buy your drinks and food. Make me responsible for the towel and if I lose it or damage it I will buy you a new one. Thasos is an island of many beautiful beaches and I didn't travel 8000 km to to be constrained to 30 meters of beachfront and its not appropriate to expect people to go out and buy a towel when they travel so far. We were also confused by the welcome drink provided in the room. We ventured out to see the property and were told that the welcome drink can only be consumed in the room......it didn't feel very welcoming. We also ordered drinks at the pool and felt like we were pushed away because they wanted to shock it and get on with dinner service on the beach. You have a beautiful property but the strictness of your rules are getting in the way of providing a truly memorable experience.....loosen up a little bit and lose some of the desire to become too chic. Your goal should be to focus on the customer experience but it feels a bit like your goal is to get the most out of their pocket. There is an easy fix to this.

Very good location near Potos and the beach, sunbeds are so comfortable. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast and all foods, Lemonade is fantastic.

As always spent wonderful days at Icon Suites. I strongly suggest Icon Suites as a holiday retreat.

This year all over Thassos flies and bees were more in numbers than usual so this was a minor setback.

overall it was nice. the view is stunning. the staff very nice, the food was good and you can chose different things eve

the staff was really kind. Both Maria’s form the reception were very helpful. Also, the room was cleaned every day.

if you want to sleep more, you can’t because the breakfast it is served in the room and there are a lot of noises- the people are talking , the chairs are moved every second, also, the rooms are cleaned earlier in the morning and it is really disturbing because of the noise. The construction of the billing is made from wood and plasterboard. this is the reason of the noise. you can hear everything.

Icon Suites is a perfect little place that offers truly everything for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. On the outskirts of the village, it sits right on a beautiful beach, but also offers a sparkling clean pool, surrounded by the small garden filled with plants, aromatic herbs and flowers. Bright modern rooms, designer furniture, decorations and amenities, remarkable cleanliness everywhere (the rooms, the public areas, the pool), an excellent breakfast, featuring local products and served in the room, a well stocked pool bar, a professional, friendly and helpful staff, a fresh feeling overall - everything comes together to create a luxurious yet cozy and peaceful atmosphere. We strongly recommend the Chef’s cuisine, which is lovingly prepared and definitely much better than what one gets at most of the tourist oriented but not very original taverns nearby. Everything in the hotel and grounds shows a perfect combination of design, functionality and easy comfort. Everything, to the last detail, is well thought of and speaks to the owner’s effort, love and passion to create a private little paradise –with absolute success!

Our only regret is that our stay was too short. However, we will definitely come back!

The hotel is front in the beach our stay was dreamy very clean rooms staff very friendly smiling and ready to serve you in the bar the cocktail were excellent and in the restaurant had very delicious food we had gone crazy with the crab salad and the lobster spaghetti Everything was wonderful Thanks We will definitely come again

Elegance and luxury, a dream place!

The hotel staff is very polite, they always smile at you, the rooms equipped with everything you need (room no. 204), towel rail on the balcony, large balcony, wonderful view! For room cleanliness, you have a button to press. We did not press daily, but they still came to clean and change towels. Breakfast is served in the room, only the menu is a bit limited and the same meals daily. I ate eggs, as I haven't eaten all my life :)) Wifi is non-existent, this lowers the location score, unfortunately, because it would be worth 10. The beach is coarser with sand, here and there with stones, and the entrance to the water with gravel, about 1-2 m, then fine sand. The sea water was a bit cold for my taste (August 16-23) It is served on the sunbed, the sunbed is free for hotel guests. You are not allowed to bring anything to the beach, not even a bag of nibbles. But for us that was not a problem. On a walk, right on the beach, in 5 minutes you reach the resort, where there are terraces, taverns. We tried every tavern, staying true to Poseidon. At the "praised tree" Irene, we didn't like it. The resort is very crowded and full of Romanians. I already felt like on the Romanian coast, where I haven't set foot since 2003 :)) In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to couples as well as families with children.

-Very helpfull staff -Very good location -close to everything, but still private - Spotless clean - Clean and private beach - Good restaurant - Custom designed cocktails - All in all the room was very confortable and had everything you need - Private parking

The only thing we weren't keen on was that being on the ground floor the balcony space wasn't very private, but that is a personal choice

The place to be...

We stayed in one of the bungslows which was great and cosy having some extra space in an niche before you enter the bungalow. The hotel has only 14 rooms which makes your stay more private. The staff is highly professional and has just the right feeling for their guests (very attentive and warm-hearted). The cleanliness and tidiness are incredible - everything looks spick and span. The atmosphere is relaxing. Each day you fill in a breakfast form so that you are served a different, abundant and varied (and delicious!) breakfast every day. It is just the place to be!
