sehr hohes Aufstieg aufs Dachgeschoss ohne Lift! wir beide sind fast siebzig und bei der Buchung stand keine Information wo sich gebuchte Wohnung befindet! Das ist nicht fair!

Preis Leistung in Ordnung

Der kontaktlose Check-in hat super funktioniert. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber. Man ist zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten in der City.

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Ringsherum fühlt man sich ein bisschen wie in Kleinanatolien.

Praktische, einfache, saubere Übernachtsmöglchkeit.

Perfekt für einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt. Die einfache Ausstattung war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Das Zimmer ruhig gelegen und gut erreichbar. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Duschkabine benötigt eine gründlichere Reinigung.

Terrible night, double booking refunded

Fridge and en suite bathroom. Hotel apologised and provided a refund after the mix up.

Hard to find correct way in and check in automatically at 22.00. On arrival at the room with my son, we discovered it occupied by other people's belongings. Supposing there had been a mistake, we tried unsuccessfully to check in again and repeatedly phoned the out of hours number which we were assured would respond 24/7. No response until later the next morning. We had no option but to stay in the room and speculate about the other belongings. All became clear shortly before midnight with loud banging, cursing and attempts to break the door down, as my son and I stood silent and scared behind it. We slept badly and left early, fearing what might come next, leaving the other belongings untouched, and too tired to realise it was simply a double booking which had deactivated the other guests' keycard and left them without a room and with a fair grievance. We were well on our way to Berlin before the hotel responded.

Much better than anticipated

The place was very comfortable and absolutely spotless, to be honest we didn’t expect it to quite as nice at the price. Great location and very friendly

Pretty and comfy BUT VERY unclear it which building to go in. We got room 4005, we checked in but after 15 minutes realized that our room is in the other building.

because the self-service device did not work, we had to wait in the lobby for an hour. no one from the call center picked up, not even a response via the chat. therefore we had to book another hotel.

I could hear EVERY sound from the next room,from the floor and from the next building entrance. People talking in the next building atrium loud and until very late in the evening/night. I could smell cigarette smoke from somewhere like it is right in the room. Never again.

In the bathroom it smelled like sewage for the whole time. The walls are very thin and you hear everything happening the room next to you, from people talking to watching TV. The internet was poor a lot of times and not sufficient to work from there.

Stay was good. But no room service or no one will come to clean room. But i liked location.

location was very good. Room was clean. Very near to city center HBF. All restaurant was very near. very silent place. No disturbance.

Very small room than shown in photo. No elevator. No room service. No one to clean room. Many time there is no electricity in night time. No sound proofing

comfortable studio apartment and furnished with essentials. check-in was digital and straightforward. minutes away from the main station via tram.

nothing to point out. there is no elevator and many flights of stairs, which something for travellers with disabilities to consider.
