Our second visit and it’s even better than before. Beautiful location and views, comfortable accommodation and great foo

Superb stay, perfect place that suits both kids or a couples retreat.

Having a swimming pool was fantastic for the kids. The view from the cottage was beautiful and the green open lawn made it easy for the kids to run around while keeping an eye on them.

Would have made a big difference if there was a high chair as found it hard to contain our two year old during meals.

Good vibes, good food, friendly people and nice surroundings.

Breakfast was good. You could eat diner there en that was excellent. Many pets run wild.The pets are kidfriendly. It is a big farm with playground for childeren.

It was difficult to get the right temperature of the water in the shower.

Super cosy lodge

The farm was located in a beautiful environment. The lodge was very big for the two us. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The staff was super friendly and gave very good recommendations for hikes etc.

In winter (July) the lodge gets quite cold. There is no heating, but there is a fireplace and electric bed warmers!

Beautiful Farm stay with very nice views. Nearby are many attractions, we went twice to Monks Cowl for day hikes. They also serve nice breakfast and dinner.

Might be a good thing, but phone reception and wifi isn't great especially with all the loadshedding.

Just wonderful!!!!

A Beautifull place on a Beautifull spot with Beautifull people! Very cosy accommodation, we had a little house in African style. We can really recommend this place, for the location, the peaceful surroundings, the good atmosfere and for the wonderful Food (we want the recipes)! About 30 -50 minutes to Cathedral Peak or visitorcenter of the North Drakensbergen, excellent for hiking and a Nice drive! The farm is good to reach without 4x4! Go and check it out, we hope to be back 🍀

Was a lovely cottage and would definitely come back

Gas stove, VERY comfy beds and feels homely.

No dstv or usb in the tv so my child couldn’t watch tv while I was away at work or in the evening.

It was an incredible and comfortable stay

I really liked the way the manager made us feel, she showed us around and made sure we feel free and comfortable, she even went abroad to notify us about the loadshedding and water schedule in Bergville.

The network coverage was very poor and the fact that there are no generators installed for business purposes.

We loved the beautiful view of the lake, the peacefulness and friendly staff and especially dogs! The chalet was well equipped, it really did feel like a home away from home. It was close enough to enjoy visiting the champagne valley but nice to rest out of the busyness of the tourism in the valley. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

beautiful slightly rustic rural setting in immaculate grounds. very friendly welcoming staff. honesty bar. feeling of security. lovely friendly farm dogs.

My husband and i were very happy , Definately coming back soon. Your place is amazing!!!! exactly my vibe. I loooooved the little bar area, your Breakfast and supper was amazing, you guys really go all out. Thanks for the amazing african Beer UMQOMBOTHI it was well done!!!

fabilous stay at the countryside

The people at the farm where so friendly and made it feel like home. Our accommodation was perfect and the lovely dogs and cats were adorable. Also the dinner and breakfast in the common area were great. Would definitely recommend it!

If you want tranquility ,peace with a mix of a sweet vibe. This is the place to stay. Gorgeous place especially for couples.

Highly recommend they should install Wifi range extenders to reach the cottages so contact can be made to the outside world 😉

Tranquil surroundings with all the home comforts. breakfast was superb. We loved cooling off in the pool. My daughter enjoyed the playground.
