comfort and tranquility by the sea

stayed at the hotel in June. The room was for 4 people. the room is comfortable in size. spacious bathroom, equipped with everything you need. absolutely new interiors, furniture, accessories. absolute cleanliness in the room every day. breakfasts are magically generous. the widest selection of juices, yoghurts, cakes, coffee and more. important - the hotel is located a short distance from the noisy traffic street. peace and quiet are guaranteed here. to the sandy beach on foot 4 min.

enjoyable thanks to the help for the guys who run the place.

NIce villa converted to make several family rooms. It’s situated about 5 minute work from the sea front: 15mins from the Marina, and about 10m from the rather boring town. I have nothing but praise for the guys who run the place. They could not have been more helpful; and we had many unusual requests. They sorted everthing out with good grace. Enjoyed out stay, thanks to them. Was a pleasure to meet them.

Nice and big villa next to the sea. Comfortable, spacious and clean room, good variety of breakfast. Good spot to explore busy Sirakusa, Noto, Ragusa or to spend time in beautiful Avola and come back to villa for a quality rest.

Perfect

Great location at the sea side. Nice apartment with spacious room and bathroom. Delicious and various breakfast. Very friendly hosts. I highly recommend the place.

A fantastic gem tucked away just a short distance from the beach and amenities

A great location that's close to the beach, close to great playgrounds for the kids, and easy walking distance to restaurants. The included breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and the owner is great to speak with. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

There was some building construction going on that takes away from the view, but it is understandable. And the parking is free street parking, but in a quiet area.

Amazing Breakfast including fresh local fruit. Clean Rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms/shower. The Host is really kind and helpful, picked us up from the bus stop, allowed a later checkin and gave loads of tips for sightseeing.

It was absolutely worth it. We loved this place

• very clean and beautiful (and looks new) • worth the money • it’s very close to the Pantanello beach, which is probably the best of the beaches in Avola. You can take an umbrella for the beach for free from the property • diverse and tasty breakfast • the host was nice and helpful • there is a nice garden with a hammock (best place to relax there) • good restaurants nearby

Good location: convenient to explore east coast of Sicily(ciracusa, noto etc) by car, fantastic hospitable host, clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfasts.
