WiFi was not good in the room which I was moved to and the fone was not working aswell.

Safety of the location,walking distance to the mall

A bit far from the beach,having to go a floor down to iron.front desk staff and maintenance staff are not probably trained.The noise that comes from the staff members when walking through the passages without considering whether guests are sleeping or not.I found it very disturbing that there was a maintenance guy that was making sexual comments about me as a guests ,how does one feel save in such an environment?I had asked to be moved from room 223 to another room,when I got downstairs I found a trainee receptionist that told me that the staff is angry because I took time to the room move ,however I was never notified when the room was ready I got a call later on as if I had to just guess.I only saw an email sent to me when I arrived home.

Enjoyed the stay but hated that there wasn't any bar fridge in the room

No buffet. No bar fridges in the rooms.

The stay was okay

Room are except that they are not well maintained. Door lock leading to the bathroom not working.

Airconditioning not working and Wifi poor signal.

Was good overall.

Rooms are nice, and air conditioning was great. Good area

Loadshedding - invest in a generator. Other guests weren’t happy about the heat. Loud banging at night above our room. Parking is limited

Pleasant room even though it lacked a view but I was theraly impressed by the quality of the bathroom and the style and

Very clean room, bathroom is uptodate with Morden fittings and no broken taps or fittings like I’ve experienced in other hotels. Room was literally faultless.

There was no cable tv or option to stream from your own streaming services at least. Literally stuck to watching SABC news and cartoons.

My booking wasn't appearing on their system, therefore my room wasn't reserved. I had to wait +/- 30min for Management to make a plan.

it was unsafe for me had to leave and book another hotel. The room was tiny and not good value for the money I spent.

The staff is really nice

I was given a very unsafe room. The room had a door leading to another room. I felt very unsafe and ended up leaving and not staying the night.

Disappointing stay

The location

Stingy with the soap, no bar fridge with refreshments, no proper shower sets, no gown and sleepers, TV channels not enough, infact they scammed.

Not impressed by the front desk staff, they don’t even wear name tags

location, right in the heart of uMhlanga Rocks. the hotel is stylish at an affordable price.

The front desk staff are abrasive, they work under strict rules not accommodative to clients needs. Firstly we were constantly sent messages that bcos we didn’t pay in advance our room is not guaranteed. So what is the use of this App?. Secondly we arrived at 13:00, we are told check-in is 15:00, pay and come back at 15:00.

Peaceful & clean. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Very beautiful place. Loved that it was close to the mall.
