Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2 bath home. The main/master bedroom has a King-sized bed, The second Room off of the living room has two twin size beds, while the remaining two rooms are furnished with a -full sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping people. The adjacent living room is furnished with, Couch, Love Seat , TV &wifi. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with Oven ,Microwave, Dinning table, dishware,cookware, ect . Has Two spaces for cars in driveway with street parking as well. Situated in central area of town close to several amenities(most within 5-10 minutes). guests can enjoy an afternoon of activities and later watch the sunset from the patio off the living room that also has a gas grille. Stay close and walk across the street to the community pool or Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Parks, restaurants, golfing, hiking, historic downtown main street and much more. We golf every day at a different golf course in Yuma area. Ate at wonderful restaurants close by the proprerty. We had a wonderful stay at a quiet place.

We were in town to go racing at Cocopah Speedway. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house but the space was great to rest and get cleaned up. Washer and dryer were great. Lots of bedrooms available even though we didn't use all of them, there was room for a lot of people!

I rented this spot for 2 weeks, house was decent besides the flooring and the flooding this house gets from the plumbing. The host was easy to get along with besides now that I’m finished there, he’s trying to charge me two for damages for his PLUMBING and trying to charge me for a “kind size mattress replacement” but the master bedroom only has a queen bed. Sounds like a scam after spending 12 days here and spending lots of money

If you are looking for a place clean and comfortable with no frills this will work for you. The house was very clean and organized. There was sufficient things in the kitchen to cook, beds were comfortable. If you want pretty decor and a lovely spot for morning coffee - no, backyard is enclosed with rocks and dirt.

Worked well for 4 of us. More towels would have been welcomed. Well stocked otherwise. If the patio had been a clean area we would have used it but it wasn’t. Thanks for Bar B Q. Patiently waiting for our deposit!!

Easy to find and check in was smooth. The pot and pan situation was a bit sad but managed anyway. First place I’ve stayed that didn’t have a binder with house information. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly.

We had some family and friends coming into town for a celebration and we had some of them stay here. They loved it, it was comfortable and had everything they needed. I would book this place again.

Nice, clean and affordable place to stay! We were there for my son's wedding, and it was close to the venue. It is near the airport, but not in the flight path, so picking up the rest of our party was easy. There a several stores, including a Walmart nearby, and a Starbucks a couple of blocks away. This was our 1st time using Vrbo, and it will not be our last! Others who stayed in hotels were very impressed with our place.

Keith’s place is perfect! We came out for a work trip and it was perfect for our group. He was very responsive with the questions we had and he gave some great advice on places to go. I highly recommend this place when you are looking in Yuma!!

Perfect Location for our needs

Out on our annual trip to Yuma from the San Francisco Bay Area. Normally we stay at the local hotels, but saw this place available at a great price. We had 4 people stay at the house, each of us getting our own room. This place had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Also the location was great, lots of place to eat and do your grocery shopping. With Covid still going on we were able to make our breakfasts and dinners during our stay. All in all a great place and a great price.

A nice place to stay for a good price and nice location. Plenty of room with 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Tiny kitchen but would definitely consider a repeat visit and recommend this property.

The house was okay. It would be helpful if the landlord would have a notebook available to explain some of the oddities about the home, i.e. how to turn on the master bath shower. We would stay there again, but some things ought to be uodated.

This house was in the same neighborhood as our family we were visiting. Even though temps in Yuma reach 115 in August the air conditioning worked great, the pool was clean and refreshing. We really enjoyed our stay.

This unit has all the amenities described and the internet works very well. Limited TV stations on the cable network but satisfied our needs just fine. There were just two of us but the unit has 4 bedrooms with two baths (one off the master bedroom). Could be a little crowded with 8 people, but has the sleeping capacity for separate space without using a hide-a-bed. Would rent this location again. THe unit is dated somewhat and shows the wear and tear in spots, but doesn't affect the use of the unit.

I enjoyed my stay here, my family came and went and I had a home base. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I enjoyed walking to church for Christmas Eve services. It is easy access to the freeway system and many of your local needs can be filled without traelling on a freeway.

The description and pictures are very accurate. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to walk across the street to the pool which was very nice. The owner,Keith was very patient with me trying to figure out the tv remote. If you are in Yuma, this condo is a must!
