The swimming pool and hotel location.

The bath room door was not closing The reception staff not replying to phone call. I called them to arrange the clicklack, no reply. I have sent physically my son to them to send who will arrange the clicklack bed, they said coming but no one came. The pillow were with cover not in the correct face. The inner face was out. The cleaning was not up to the level, just beside the clicklack there were some empty bottles. One lady disturbed my sleep morning saying that I need to pay my breakfast. I have not taken any breakfast. Overall not really up to the mark

Comfortable but house rules very stupid

modern feel local food in restaurant helpful FoH staff

extra costs to use basic facilities (sauna, steam, swimming pool) stupid single occupancy ’rule’ means everything has to be booked & max duration 1 hour means you can’t fully relax feels very unsocial CoNvid is over mr hotel manager, get real!

Comfortable, clean and modern room

Comfortable bed, spacious and modern room, excellent spa / pool (needs to be booked)

Odd check in (pay upfront rather than on departure). Pool on roof is not in use (only ‘decorative’). There is a wonderful indoor pool and spa in basement, but needs to be booked.

The rooms are nice and clean. The food is good.

The art painting in the corridors, lobby and rooms are of religious nature with crosses and religious Christian quotes. That is not acceptable. They should let the customers know that the facility is Christian oriented facility. The pool was off and the water was unclean.

THE HOTEL AMBIENCE IS GOOD, WITH CLEAN ROOMS AND NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED, PAY AT THE COUNTER.

The location, the gym and the food at the restaurant

The hotel has no room service. The mini bar in the room was empty. Their indoor pool is for a charge eventhough on booking.com it is stated that the pool is for free. The swimming pool was very dirty and the water smelled bad.

looking for better service from your team.

Convenient location

Room wasn’t clean , bed sheets was dirty , when I asked to change a room the staff didn’t offer such option . after sending house keeper he changed it with non clean ones . I was a regular client for many years but during this actual stay I felt service downgraded a lot and the staff not taking care of room’s cleanness and clients comfort.

I just comme to hotel late like 11:30pm And i reserved with booking before 8hours But after give me keys note same room in picture No clean not confortabile

Where give me bed room I demanded refund because I’m note satisfied

Exceptional

Everything in hotel was spotless, the staff were very helpfully , very clean , excellent location , very high standard rooms . Apart from the price was bit high.
