Gdyby poprawić minusy - byłoby super. Bo miejsce i apartament są extra.

Okolica, cisza, widok z tarasu, miejsce parkingowe, duży taras.

Czystość. Wypadająca moskitiera. Pralka i lodówka pordzewiałe. Poście straszna.

Still good for the value.

The view - the owner offered a lift and a cup of coffee (which I denied but still was a nice gesture)

House wasn’t ready to receive us… we had to wait a lot! +We had to do our own bed with bedsheets given by the owner. +TV wasn’t working.. my son had to request them to connect the cables and to be given a remote control.

Relax

Breathtaking panorama, tranquillity, silence for a stay in absolute relaxation. The large windows and balconies let in light everywhere. The doors and furniture are in real wood, even if the style is a little too heavy.

Access to the room, assigned to me on the second floor, was only with an elevator. I think normal stairway access would have made me feel more comfortable, especially if the lift had broken down with us inside. The accommodation is located in a fairly out of the way position and there are no commercial or tourist establishments in the surrounding area and without an autonomous means of transport I would have had great difficulties.

Blown electrical sockets Limited kitchen items Linen old Window screens are very hard to open or shut Only 2 knobs on a 4 ring cooker BBQ unable to light as gas didn't seem to reach the BBQ No fire exit -stairs blocked off

Even though as said above, there were a couple of things not right, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location was great even for parking purposes and the view was spectacular.

Cleanliness left much to be desired; apart from this, the basic things such as plates, cups, cutlery, garbage bags (not even one in the bin) were either very few or non-exitent .Even the shower had one panel of glass missing! The apartment was great but it is crying for maintenance and refurbishment.

Location is very quiet and view is breath taking

Facilities in the flat could be better, sofa not comfortable, not much utensils in kitchen. Basis utilities were not provided. (Garbage bags, toilet paper etc.)

+ One of the best locations in Gozo with a great view, + Value for money + Best for family or group + Huge spaces

- Could be more cleaned and lack of comfortable bed! - No shampoo/conditioner in the washroom or no garbage bag in the kitchen.

The ideal relaxation venue.

The location is perfect with view and nice walks- the precise location for relaxation.

The place requires maintenance in general. Upgrade of cuttlery, kitchenware, linnen is a must. These are just little things that might change the place from good to superb!

Horrendous Experience

The view

I have booked the penthouse for a one night stay. The place was filthy and no stairs access with the lift barely working. We had to leave cause I wasnt comfortable and when I told him, he told my husband that he can sort out a room for us in his house and we can stay there. When I asked him for the money he told me that he will not give me any money and that booking.com will give them to me. The photos on booking.com are of when the property was brand new around 10 years ago. I literaly had a panic attack when I was there and knew there was no stairs access and saw that filth. We left and had to book somewhere else without this person giving us the money. A report is currently ongoing with booking.com.

The place is simply Awesome! Totally spectacular view. Fell in love with the place as soon as I arrived 💕

The place is set in an Amazing location however it is in severe need of refurbishment! Couldn't sleep well at all, mattress felt as if it was full of stones. There is a huge list I would change which is impossible to mention all here. Should the necessary equipment be installed/changed, it would be classified amongst the top places to book!

The scenery

The whole apartment is run down, not clean, the hob had parts of it not working, no heater, wrappers of the previous people in the drawers still. The shower broken. The vbed mattress i think hasn't been changed in decades it breaks your back. Also I left my usb drive there and I messaged, emailed and called the owner to have him send it by post but no reply.

We were two persons, and indeed only two items of crockery and cuttlery were available. Not right.

Breakfast was not included, but neither enough crockery and cuttlery as well as enough pots and pans were available to make a decent breakfast. The view was excellent and a simple waste bin was supplied on request.

The state of the property was very poor for the rate charged.
