All services are perfect. Dinner, breakfast…

Very good location. The guide was very willing to take us to the sunset. The room was clean and the view from it was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

it was amazing , different , comfortable, we really enjoy our stay in this camp , people are so helpful, nice they make you welcome
breakfast should have more fruits maybe , they do traditional breakfast which is ok because you are in they country, but we missed fruits , but nothing else really

Amazing location, much more private than a lot of the other camps. You really do feel like you’re away from everything. When you look out from your window your virtually see no other camps (which is great). Salem was a very accommodating host and invited us for complementary tea and sunset tour when we arrived.
Meals were great and filling!
This isn’t a negative about the property - but understand that you are essentially going camping. The camp is not close to any shops or villages, and you will need to be transported wherever you want to go by the hosts.
It also would’ve been nice to understand the different tour packages beforehand and their durations so we could’ve better planned out our stay. The cabins do not have AC, so you’ll want to be on a tour during the day or there isn’t much to do.

Our family had a magical time in Wadi Rum. The all day tour was exceptional and we had so much fun seeing all the wonders of this special place. We enjoyed the communal meals and met fun travellers from all over the world. Our teens opened up and had a great time socializing and being active by rock climbing, sand surfing, and even played pick up volleyball with other hosts and visitors.
This isn't a dislike but a suggestion from my American POV. It can be confusing as a western visitor what is happening, so go with the flow. The Bedouins are experts at their job and they are incredible with facilitating moving hundreds of people around every day. Relax and let them take care of everyone.

Great location, kind staff and delicious food included! Plus awesome view from the tent. We visited Wadi Rum in the winter and even though it was freezing outside during the night it was OK in the tent thanks to really warm blankets. We also had one day jeep trip with Ali (great guide) until the sunset and can only recommend :) The cost-benefit ratio is great, plus endless supply of Beduin whiskey;)
I would appreciate some kind of hook or shelf in the tent, otherwise everything is ok

the tents are clean and you have everything you need there; but bring an adapter for the socket.
apparently we had bad luck. the people seemed to us as they were already sick of the many tourists. none of the people really talked to us. they just suddenly appeared and disappeared without saying something. the food was rather poor. also i'd prefer to know the price for the jeep tour and the schedule in advance: it was 40JD per person for us in total (including one night in the tent, dinner and breakfast).

Such a great trip. The staff so very friendly and was always there to help. We traveled with our 2 kids who were 3 and 5 years old and they had a great time. The kids loved it and the staff made our stay easy and nice.

The camp is super well located, the cabins have private bathrooms inside, and are very comfortable.
Salem is a wonderful person who made our stay super pleasant. At dinner they made us a surprise because it was one of our birthdays and it was wonderful.
The tour that Ahmed organized for us was spectacular, he took us to all the places and made us coffee and tea to watch the sunset. He is very nice and friendly.
Completely recommended

Beautiful and comfortable tents. Friendly staff especially Salem, our guide, and his cheerful 14 year old brother Fahad, who welcomed us into their home, gave us tea and allowed us to rest during the heat of the day. Fabulous adventures especially the jeep tour and camel ride. Exceptional food. Absolutely awesome being in the desert, especially the stillness and beauty at night and in the early morning.
The bathrooms were very clean but be prepared for slightly temperamental showers (not surprising in the desert!)

Salem our host/guide/friend made our trip really memorable. Picked us up on time, treated us as family all along the trip. The Wadi Rum tour was all we hoped for, sunset spot was special. You will notice one of the best sunrises from straight from the camps we stayed at.
Dinner/Breakfast were delicious! Conversations around the dinner with other guests all night long are something that me n my dad will cherish forever.

I start my trip in Jordan in Amman with a bad hotel.. that was 3 stars (we had to change it and lose the money) so you can imagine that i expected the worst from a camp in the desert. B U T!!! SURPRISE!!! this camp is:
* CLEAN - the tents and the bathrooms!! i think there is no shower but we were prepared not to do it so... i didn't check. :)
* has good food cooked by them into the sand!! even the breakfast was better that in that 3* hotel 🤦♀️
* nice people and friendly !!!
* nice view
!!! indeed is a milion stars camp!!!
zero complains!!

The place is quite far from Wadi Musa and we were taken and brought back there by jeep. The breakfast was great and the 10 JD dinner was even better. A nice touch was the free delicious tea offered throughout the day. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure with hot water. It was almost the best accommodation we had in Jordan, and for a camp in the middle of the desert, I think that says a lot. Also, the position of the camp is in front of a beautiful mountain as you can see in their pictures.

Location is good.
Dirty. There was no clean bedding. Very much flies during breakfast.
