Great location: friendly staff; comfortable bed; good breakfast
No hot water at all on first day. After that, it was hot if you run the tap for c5 minutes. Such a waste of water!
No security in ski room. Door had code but door was usually left propped open
3.4
La ubicación
La limpieza, no tener ascensor y el desayuno bastante pobre. Y sin WIFI

good location, staff are very friendly and helpful, quiet, had a ski boot room over the road, luggage storage, breakfast included a good selection, always full and hotel was great value for money. Also gave us late check out for free. only a five minute walk from Plenny gondola. room, 65 had a balcony. Rooms were basic but clean. Showers were like you’d find in a caravan/wet room.
no lift, we were six flights up. lack of reviews made us question the hotel, but since visiting, it’s a very decent hotel for two stars. Our room had one massive radiator good for drying ski gear but sounded like running water throughout the night.

The hotel room was really basic… There was no lift and I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 5 flights my myself

Good location.
Very basic no facilities. Poor breakfast.
3.4
Basic good value accommodation that is all you need for an activity based holiday when you're out and about most of the day. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was fine with a good choice.
A little dated in decor terms - not a problem per se... just don't expect a modern hotel.
No lift - again not a problem for the target audience since this hotel is in an area that is for outdoor sports (you should be fit anyway)... unless of course you pick up an injury and your room is on the 5th floor.

Cheap and cheerful. The atmosphere was friendly and the breakfast was nice. Free parking.
Bit run down, but it was clean.
3.4
The room was quite spacious.
Dont stay here if you are under 65 and do not speak French. Reception had very limited opening hours (not suitable if you are skiing all day) and wifi literally only available in very small reception area. We stayed for 5 nights no room service whatsoever, and no tea making facilities or hairdryer etc in rooms. The light in our bathroom was broken and the repair man seemed to be very annoyed with us that he had to change the bulb when we met him on the stairs.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was warm and clean. Bathroom is small, but clean and shower was hot. Staff were polite and helpful and key was left for my arrival. Morzine accommodation is expensive but this accommodation is in the centre of town so comparatively speaking, it is good value for money.

great location
it’s basic but clean

location was good, and breakfast ok for the price, but bathrooms smelt

Perfect basic accommodation
Breakfast, sketchy choices

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very French and has lots going on with a very french theme. All that said we were made to feel welcome in the dining room and in the bar area.
not much, if the price is right I would recommend this place
3.4
good location. free parking
friendly staff though they weren’t very helpful about skiing advice
very small room. ski room is very old and no worming and drying facility for ski boots.
no one came to clean or remove rubbish during my entire stay. only one electric socket in the room

it was very central and close to all amenities. The staff were absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend them highly enough. Great breakfast.
It was basic with few amenities but this was outweighed by the attentiveness of the staff and other facilities.
3.4
room was nothing like the picture, grotty & dirty.
3.4
Big room, warm, balcony & shutters
Shower room small but adequate & plenty of hot water
Really missed being able to make a hot drink at the end of a day

5 mins walk to the centre of town
the first night they gave me a corner room where the heating wasn’t working. they added a portable heater but it wasn’t sufficient. fortunately they have an empty room the next day and shifted me to a warmer room.
not sure what kind of mattress protector they used for their mattress and the duvets. they felt synthetic, don’t ventilate well at all and I woke up sweaty even though temperature in the new room was comfortably cool. not the most comfy mattress too.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of Morzine close to bars and shops, the Super Morzine lift is 8 min walk and the bus to Avoriaz stops around 500m away. The room itself is basic but as a location for boarding it was superb. I didn't really need to interact with the staff which is lucky cos most are French speaking only. They have a luggage room and also you have free use of a drying room for your gear which is great (just remember to bring a lock) Most rooms have a small balcony which is great i had a superb view of Morzine and Avoriaz. Breakfast is basic nothing cooked but plenty of continental items to choose from. The room was comfortable with lots of storage space, the shower was super powerful but the bathroom a little small but was fine. There is no daily maid service. I didn't eat in the restaurant as i ventured out into Morzine. All in this is ideal for location for a short alps break i would definitely stay here again. The price was very cheap and it included breakfast.
The walls are a little thin so when busy could be a little noisy, obviously being central it can be loud at night but thats fine. There is no lift in the property which some might find hard, i was on the 3rd floor so its quite a climb. Would be nice is some bacon and eggs was prepared for breakfast.
