ÓTIMO HOTEL, CONFORTÁVEL E ACONCHEGANTE.

O hotel é muito bonito, integrando a paisagem e o ambiente de maneira confortável e estilizada. A cama é confortável, os banheiros estão bem limpos, proporcionando um espaço muito acolhedor. Entretanto, a receptividade não foi das melhores. O check-in foi um pouco demorado, e entramos um pouco depois do horário estipulado, pois os quartos ainda não estavam prontos. Infelizmente, nos dias em que fiquei, houve muita chuva, e o hotel ficou sem energia diversas vezes, ou a energia oscilou por muito tempo. Os telefones do hotel também apresentaram dificuldades para ligar e falar com a recepção. No dia da chuva, tentei parar o carro na entrada do hotel para facilitar a entrada da minha avó de 82 anos, mas ninguém do hotel se prontificou a ajudar ou orientar os outros hóspedes a tirarem os carros das guaritas que impediam a passagem dela. Ao ligar para o hotel, os telefones estavam impossibilitados.

Para pessoas que gostam de descansar durante as tardes, o hotel não é muito atrativo, pois o rio que circunda o hotel recebe muitos turistas andando de jet-ski, lancha e embarcações com volumes altíssimos. O próprio hotel emite muita poluição sonora, não sei se pela arquitetura do espaço, mas pela tarde não consegui descansar. Já o período noturno foi bastante agradável. Quanto ao valor pago pela diária, já estive em hotéis bem mais equipados pagando o mesmo valor ou, às vezes, até menos.

Melhor opção de Itumbiara.

Atendimento é excelente, o ambiente interno e externo do hotel é maravilhoso, o restaurante é muito bom, café da manhã TOP. A limpeza do ambiente do quarto, interno e externo na área verde são excelentes.

Ruim mesmo somente a cama que é bem fraca pelo padrão do hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, Mediocre Experience

This is a beautiful hotel in a picturesque location by the river Paranaíba. The room had a balcony with stunning views, and the restaurant had live music and great food. The swimming pool is large and surrounded by beautiful trees and the breakfast was delicious and full of choice. We even had the chance to see some monkeys in the trees (from a safe distance, of course)!

I had arranged a delivery to the hotel for Valentine's day on the day I arrived, but the hotel refused my delivery as I had not arrived yet (I felt that they could have checked the name to see that I had a reservation and was arriving that day). I went downstairs at night to ask about a late check out for the following day, and two guys at reception were reading out my surname and laughing about it as I arrived. I then asked them for the late check out, and they said that it was fine and it was confirmed, but when we called downstairs to check the next morning, we were informed that no late check out had been arranged. Other than these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant.

fair price, nice food. good for an overstay if you are travelling in the region

we were passing by as a group, nice view for river and very good food in the restaurant hotel.

bedroom and especially bathroom could use some updating.

Visiting family for the weekend

Excellent location. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs some work to clean and modernise. You can tell that when it was built it was very good. Not 4 stars at the moment. For COVID times the staff need to enforce the facemask policy. Too many people at breakfast not wearing masks around the food.
