Great property if on a budget. Easy access to city via subway station down street.

Great accommodations for all five guests. Perfect size. Location right next to subway was extremely helpful. Staff was flexible in letting us drop our suitcases off before check in, and even brought the bags up for us.

One of the two bathrooms was infested with wasps. Unclear how to check out. Only one room key so it was hard for us to split up if needed.

Will recommend this room for other colleagues.

Spacious bedroom and living room, complete kitchen set, two toilets worked perfectly and have water faucet on each closet (good for Muslim), toiletries and towel are provided perfectly, it has elevator so no worries for big luggages, free private parking

the lamp on 2nd bathroom is not working.

Ideal overnight stop off. Suite with apart rooms, clean and new. Restaurant and baker right opposite

We stayed here on a drive through from Amsterdam to our ski resort. Its an easy to reach location, they have a small indoor car park too for 5 cars... just ask them to help. We have two older kids and we wanted apart rooms. We got a small suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Our Suite was low-cost and large. New fittings, clean a good. Nothing worn-out or old here. Sure it was not my style - a bit too large and featureless - but if you need somewhere to stay and need some space this is good. Great greek restaurant right opposite... kebabs, beer - just walk over the road. Baker along the street so you can get breakfast too. I would recommend this to anyone passing through that needs to food, drop for the night, breakfast etc. Ideal price point too.

We rented a two bed room apartment as a family of 5 (room no.5). The appartment was big and equipped with everything we needed. The cost was reasonable. The beds were very clean. The staff were friendly and provided what we requested. We used car to travel and I can't comment on the distance and public transport connection to the city center. There was no reason for me to reduce a point.

Spacious Apartment for group travel

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a big living room. 7-10 can sleep here without any issue as there are extra cushion, blanket, sofa-bed, ... They allowed us to check in very late around 22:30

The place is out of the city center but we just need a good place to sleep over. On the other side, it's near to Nymphenburg Palace.

Great location for a family visit to Munich!

Location was awesome, just steps from S2 S-Bahn line. 15 minutes from Marienplatz. Grocery less than 10 minutes walk. Surrounded by good food options - Greek, Italian and a neighborhood biergarten with self service and table service. Bakery less than 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Nymphenburg gardens. So great to have two full bathrooms and three bedrooms for the 7 of us. That's hard to find for a reasonable price in a good location.

Beds were a little hard and pillows were a little flat, but otherwise no complaints at all.

Spacious apartment for medium term stay which needs a little bit more attention to detail.

Big apartment. Very good location.

Could have been a little bit cleaner (Found a cigarette under one mattress, the water cooker needed some descaling), and there should be a way to open the front gate remotely as well for deliveries.

It was one of the best choices for a place to stay that we have ever made! We were a group of 6 and we requested a transfer from the airport in advance. We were greeted at the arrivals terminal by a really friendly couple. Thank you! We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but it was no problem at all to leave our bags at the front desk. After we left our luggage we spent the entire day wandering all around Munich and arrived at about 9 p.m. Still there was someone to meet us and show us around the apartment. We were also told that we can call 24/7 in case we have questions or need something. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. The first thing we all noticed- it was sparkling clean everywhere! We could find anything that we could possibly need- from a washing machine and a floor heating system to coffee capsules and delicious little biscuits on the table. The beds were super comfortable. Yes, the hotel is right next to a fairly busy street, but we knew that from the start ( it is showing in the pictures after all) and it wasn`t a problem for us. The neighborhood was calm and safe. One of the best things is that the bus and train stops are literally 30 meters away from our front gate. We lost zero time in walking to reach public transportation, which took us to the city center in less than 15 minutes. When we needed to leave we were taken to the airport fast and comfortable again. Thank you for everything from all of us, we are definitely staying here if we travel to Munich again :)
