Firstly the property is at the top of a very steep hill , if you don’t mind a 40 mins walk in very hot temperatures then no issues taxi is 150 TL each way . The views are outstanding however one of the main attraction roof top bar resturant promoted in the hotel pictures just isn’t open and that was one of are main reasons for going , the pool is tiny and not practical since the area is shaded for most of the day . Breakfast is repetitive with no choice so basically you get the same everyday which does become a bit boring who wants chips and eggs cheese salad every single day. Staff are friendly and helpful the rooms spacious and clean , the big question would we as a couple return no , mainly because of the lack of facilities and the distance from the town / bars restaurants / beaches .
Lack of facilities no roof top bar that’s open and looks like it’s been that way for some time , if we had know we would have gone elsewhere

Amazinh View , friendly staff, good design and nice room facilities . Central location but you need car to go up the street.
Bad quality Breakfast and coffee, for such a premium hotel, below expectations in details, like poor maintenance in bath tub and dirty swimming pool.

Waw the views from the hotel breathtaking. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all amenities and facilities with a big balcony facing the marina 😍 ❤️. They served breakfast up on the roof with a beautiful view. I wish I could stay more..this hotel is very elegant and beautiful decorated. Waw, well ✔️ done
Nothing.. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much 💓

I didn’t catch his name, but the man who checked us in was very nice and was the only employee that was actually helpful. He is the one who is studying to become a nurse. The rest of the staff were terrible.
While there were several things I did not enjoy about this stay, I wasn’t going to put them in the review until they committed this last major problem.
Upon checkout, the man at the front desk overcharged my credit card by $25 USD more than the price listed on Booking.com. He gave me the price in Turkish Lira, and as it was 5am and we were running late to the airport, I didn’t bother to check the conversion myself as I trusted the hotel to honor the agreed upon price. I only noticed I had been overcharged when I checked my credit card statement. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask why this happened and was initially ignored. Only when I threatened to write a bad review, did they respond and say they would refund the money; no apology was given. It has been over a month since I contacted them to inform them of the error, and I have still not received the money. It has been a hellish experience dealing with their staff with the back-and-forth from needed bank information to being honest about when they would actually make the deposit. When I last contacted them two days ago to ask why the deposit wasn’t made, they sent me a low quality picture of the deposit slip and basically said it’s not their problem anymore. It’s such a low quality picture, I have no way of verifying if the information is correct.
There was one man, a tall one with glasses, who was particularly rude to me during my stay when I asked simply question about the cost of taxis to the airport. He would only give me the cost of the hotel transfer (never bothering to make eye contact as he said it and rudely interrupting the polite employee that I was asking). Taxis are significantly cheaper than their transfer service. He acted as if he were the manager at the time. So if that’s true, it’s no wonder why this is being handled so poorly.

Great location, exceptionally clean and looked after property. The vintage touch to the decor is superb and the views e.g. from the lobby are wonderful.
- Struggled with the WIFI, it was intermittent and slow
- Pictures of the partial sea view room did not match what was shown at the time of the booking e.g. window was much smaller and the room was a bit dim

Comfortable, spacious and warm rooms, central location, great breakfast
Late check out accommodated upon request
Access to the sauna is not convenient in the colder months - you have to walk outside to get to the sauna and then back the same way. We were freezing!

Perfect view of the city from our room. The room itself was incredibly nice and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything more from my stay here.

The room was okay but that’s where the positivity ended. Otherwise this was by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
The service and communication was subpar for one. And for breakfast they insist on serving you a range of 12-15 dishes despite saying I won’t eat them. It’s such a waste and I understand it’s likely part of the Turkish culture but it was unnecessary and everyday I sent back all the items untouched aside from bread and eggs. Service at breakfast is extremely slow, takes about 20 mins for a coffee despite being only around 5 tables of guests.

nice breakfast, big room, friendly staff
bathroom water is not hot and the shower cannot work

Well, long story short: more or less everything went perfectly. It's the only review I left on booking.com where all parameters were maxed out to a round 10. Room was fantastic, both for the aesthetics, and the space in itself, and the options provided. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a full walk-in shower for 2 people (probably 10 would have fit inside too).
Breakfast was a delight. It's the first time in so many Turkey travels where I can have a proper non-Turkish coffee in the morning that tastes like the cappuccino I have home. Fantastic.
It's not super-easy to find parking in front of the hotel. And that's it, can't find an issue in anything we had.

Amazing views from this hotel. incredibly spacious room with the jacuzzi tub, so awesome! lovely balcony area to further enjoy as well as incredibly spacious bathrooms. real amazing room and hotel. the restaurant on top floor was fantastic for a wonderful relaxing dinner. breakfast was over the top in taste and presentation absolutely fabulous!
The street parking is a bit limited. You could also hear noise from the port as some bar / cub was blasting music. it didn’t last late but was noticeable even with the doors closed.

Marina view, breakfast, hotel's interior design, restaurant food (amazing salmon salad)
We didn't have garden view as mentioned, window fully blocked by a building ~1m distance right next to hotel; pool is quite small and most importantly - it stays in the shade almost all day, except morning, so water is cold and lighting is not very suitable for nice pictures if you come after 10am

Everything was perfect! The hotel is very beautiful, super cute personal. Our room was big and comfortable with everything needed. Also there is amazing restaurant on the rooftop with so beautiful view and during the dinner was live music, prices are very friendly and the quality is very good! Strongly recommend!

its a nice little boutique hotel located on a hill with sea views from some of the rooms. Its very nicely done up with exquisitely curated furniture pieces. The chef at the Citrus was outstanding and cooked very nice and well presented meals. The breakfast was extremely elaborate too.
The overall facilities were limited especially housekeeping below par. Asked for two single duvets which they did not come up with. Aske for two blankets and again only one was available. in place of an ironing table only a small board was available and only one iron had to be shared between multiple rooms and guests. Children were present in the Citrus restaurant during dinner on the first night against the policy. Bath floor mats were given in place of hand towels saying this was only available at this time. Housekeeping generally not available in the evening. free water should be provided during the stay

first I would like to thank Seyda at the reception desk as she helped us so much booking the paragliding and taxi, and even arranged breakfast to be delivered to our room before the paragliding. other staff and cleaners are all nice and friendly. the view from the restaurant was spectacular and the room was very spacious and clear. we were very happy with our stay
the hotel is uphill so be prepared for the little walk but taxi was very accessible from the bay and was affordable.

Hotel on a hill so if you are without car, it may be exhausting for some to go up the hill multiple times a day.
Poor internet connection in our room.
