Bien pour un dépannage mais il faut aimer le bruit des voitures

We will make the mistake of staying there again

The location

There was no breakfast or even coffee. There where towels for the first night we had to retrieve our own from a closet the next two nights. We had to get our own toilet paper. There was only one blanket and it was to small for the bed.

located we’re close to where we needed to be. The new owners are very nice and the young lady that was up at the front desk is very pleasant and willing to help. She even carried our luggage up to our room.

Can’t wait till they finish their remodeling. Definitely gonna go there again.

Although the front desk staff were kind, we won’t go back.

The front desk staff were friendly and conscientious. The breakfast waffle was good. The refrigerator and TV worked well.

The heater created a bad smell. The car noise from the adjacent Laconia Rd was loud. We had to ask for washcloths, as well as extra towels because the bath towels are thin and small. The toilet paper ran out quickly, with no backup roll. There’s no sandy beach leading to a lake shoreline, as shown in the online photos. A shirtless tattooed guest hovered around us in the parking lot as if he were considering robbing us.

Okay for a one-night stay

Location was good. Room was clean, TV adequate.

Bathroom ridiculously small. Bed was horrible. You sunk into the middle, felt like plastic, and wi-fi not adequate.

Room kitchen lobby …Need a big big cleaning everywhere!

The lake in front ..had a swim in the morning

Everything except the lake: dirty dirty dirty..bed pillow with hair etc., lot of dust on the wall!!!

If all your looking for is a place to sleep, go to the Econo Lodge down the street.

The view was beautiful.

We arrived half an hour after check-in time and the room wasn't ready. The inn keeper said ot would be ready in about 30-40 minutes. 30 minutes later, it hadn't been touched.

I just wanted to leave by the time the morning came. Would not stay here again.

Location was convenient, relatively quiet

The room was questionably cleaned. The mattress was uncomfortable and old. For the condition of the facility, even charging half the price might be too much.

I love the location. The coffee and snack area was accommodating.

Room 312 is the worst room! The toilet I'd right against the wall and right handed people would find it very difficult to wipe themselves. The AC was so noisy that every 20 min to 1/2 hr the monstrosity of the noose would wake me up. The number on the back of the key card doesn't work and when we got back from laconia at 130 am our key wouldn't work . Needless to say we didn't sleep well at all. Our last stay was great. I will never stay in room 312 again.

It's was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Harsh to do my hair and makeup. And no closets and nowhere to hang my clothes and jacket.

Owners/staff very amiable. Facilities impeccable There were a couple of very minor things that needed attention, which when mentioned, were graciously accepted.

Wonderful view at the Lake Incredibly nice owners, we were provided a breakfast at no extra cost and it was by far the most Beate breakfast in our entire vacation

The furniture is a little very old but overall it was clean rooms where you could stay very well

The location was lovely, right by the lake and a short drive into town. The rooms were a decent size and really clean. There was complimentary tea / coffee and snacks throughout the stay available which I thought was a really nice touch. The managers were very friendly and chatty with some good tips on where to eat

Good value for money, with a great central location

Ample breakfast choice, centrally located for sight seeing, comfortable room.

There is a lot of traffic in the morning and afternoon, the road is busy.

The innkeepers were very nice. The room was clean and quiet. Our view was very pretty. They offered pet friendly rooms and our dog was made to feel welcomed. We all slept well.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sheets. Good coffee and breakfast. Convenient to both Laconia and Tilton. Nice view of lake from the rooms..

The rooms need updating and renovation. There was considerable traffic noise from nearby highway.

Location was excellent. Over exceeding our expectations. I would definitely stay at this property

Inn keepers were extremely pleasant. Continental breakfast was exceptional!!
