a bit noisy building, but It’s a hostel, so it’s acceptable

Nice location close to everything you need and helpful staff. Modern house with nice amenities.
Area can be a little loud and hostel isn't actually that well suited for surfers. There isn't a surfboard rack. Most travellers during my stay seemed to wanted to party more so it was tough to get an early rest for surfing.

the room was ok, I stayed there and in a week and they never change my bed sheet and I had to use 1 towel for 6 days.. today I left and I have many bites on my body and it’s probably bed bugs and the days before all the hostel been moved for disinfect the beds but not us. the brexkfast is at a breakfast and the man at the reception is really demanding, thanks god Elen treat me well and I felt a bit better about all that

Very nice and tidy hostel. Enough of a social area to meet people. Not too quiet, and not too busy. Great rooftarrace and pool area. Very good bathrooms / showers. Renting surf equipment via the hostel is very easy. Also Ellen is a great host! Really enjoyed my stay here.
There is always room for improvement though ;). Wifi didn't work, and a washing machine would be nice. In the main dorm it can get quite hot at night. Also a little shelve next to the beds would be nice.

It already started bad and it kinda stayed that way...
We were supposed to give them our check in time and when you could not give that, check in was only possible between 18h and 20h. Since we did not know when we would arrive, we said we would check in between 18h and 20h. Then immediately got a message back we needed to check in at 18h because of staff illness...
Then when we rushed to be there at 18h, there was nobody there! So, we needed to call them and then wait for the guy to come and check us in.
Once checked in, we wanted to put our drinks in the fridge. This was so dirty and it stinked. There was a lot of food in there, not wrapped and it almost seemed like something spoiled was in there... Also, almost no space to put our 2 bottles and some cans....
We took a look at the pool, but I would not want to swim in there. Also dirty...
We also needed to share a bathroom. It does not mention on the booking site that the bathroom is shared. If I had known this, I would not have booked here! So, when we wanted to take a shower, there was always someone else 's hair and sand in there.
The breakfast was supposed to start at 8h30. The first day this was fine. But on the second day, there were 3 persons there to prepare the breakfast (!), but they did not manage to get it ready on time... They seemed more intersted in talking to each other then in preparing breakfast. This is no problem, if you are not in a hurry. But if you have booked a tour and you need to leave on time this is a problem.
On our last evening, I was taking a shower and all of a sudden the water stopped running. So, I was standing there with shampoo in my hair and no water.
My partner asked someone for help and a technician came and within 15 minutes it was fixed. This was fixed fast, but at least you would think they would apologize for the inconvenience or something. No, nothing...

The place was very nice and clean.
The breakfast was good with a few different options to choose from.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
It's about a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach, so it can be hard to carry a bigger surfboard to and from the hostel without a car.

Location is good, near shopping mall, restaurants and beach at walking distance.
I liked my single room.. its the only room
on upper floor, where is also nice terrace with couch to chill and mats to the yoga.
