Pleasant but alarming with the house deficiencies.

Spacious and clean. Ruth was very pleaseant.

The toilet seats were broken, needed to be replaced or fixed, the front door cannot be locked easily, locking key is not aligned, took us more than 10 minutes to lock the house. The kitchen cabinet by the sink was broken, almost had door fall onto my head- accident in the making- unsafe. Management should inspect their facility.

Highly recommended for anyone needing to be close to Clark airport

All the amenities and comforts you will ever need. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Very friendly hosts. Very clean property well done.

I like the fact that they’re not strict with how many people can stay! The host has everything we need in the property!

The place is clean & smells so good, They’ve got the necessities that we needed! Near or walking distance to the restaurants!

The shower doors are a little hard to open, they don’t slide properly. The faucet on the 2nd floor bathroom are a little old too! other than that everything’s perfect!

Fabulous stay and will definitley come again.

Security and cleanliness first. The location is fantastic, The area was peaceful and not too busy. Wonderful host and kept great communication going. It has everything you need including a great functioning washing machine. The home smells fab too. Enjoy ! Absolutely worth the stay.

The caretaker and hosts are amazing here. It's located in a very safe subdivision with an overall quiet feel. The house is fantastic and accommodated our group perfectly. The house is very clean and amenities provided. Overall very comfortable and homely (perfect for our base) with a sari sari store just a couple of doors up for any of your needs.

Great value and exceeded expectations!

The house was even better than advertised. It was super spotless, and just the right size for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The rooms were spacious enough for all our things. The bathrooms were a bit small but well-appointed. Everything was 100% functional. I loved the thoughtful details like the fully labeled keys, bags of ice waiting in the freezer when we arrived, house slippers,0 coffee, toiletries, etc. AC was cold and wifi was fast. Ms. Ruth and her team were also super nice and helpful until the very last minute of our stay. I highly recommend Leizy's place for families and big groups who are staying in Pampanga for a few days. So much more value vs staying in separate hotel rooms.

Exceeded my expectations.

The whole house is very pleasant, comfortable. Fully furnished, even drinking water was provided. Everything is there just need to bring yourself and enjoy your stay there. My family was well accommodated even on short notice(booked a night before preferred stay). The owner and her PAs were very nice to assist us on our overnight stay.

The house itself has been very convenient for our family. All facilities were working well: aircon, heater & kitchen implements. The owner & the staff were all accommodating & attentive.

Our stay has been good, of course, the strict protocols of the subdivision's security staff could not be helped given the current COVID situation. It made us feel more safe.
