The location was good, it was a short drive to the beaches.
The sofas and carpet could do with a wash as they were very smelly.
2.0 / 5.0
The location was superb as it is close to the major beaches and the 20 mins walk to saunderfoot town centre.
The caravan we stayed was not cleaned well and the decor is quite dated. We found animal hair on the carpets after brushing it several times. The sofa was quite dated, old and had a wet dog odour which in our opinion needs to be replaced. The caravan was ok however it needed a few things changing and perhaps a good clean. This was our second visit which may be our last. Our first visit we had a great stay and the caravan we stayed in was clean and seemed brand new. Our second visit was not great at all which may be our last.

health and safety there was no lights on the way to our caravan. pitch black considering I had my elderly mum and 2 kids with me. had to use our phone lights. not only did I pay extra for WiFi it didn’t even work at all through out the stay and didn’t even receive a refund

Staff was friendly at reception
No bedding for the pull out bed , we didn’t realise till late last evening, when I spoke to the guy in the club he was happy to help , as soon as we was at the shop reception getting the bedding he was rude and very unhappy, up to this point all staff were amazing, this is the second time we have spent New Years at the park and it just didn’t have the spark this time for us

The caravan we had with a hot tub was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and accommodating!
The caravan was clean, modern and comfortable, the hot tub was great and checked daily.

To far away from the club house to dangerous to walk with children keys were behind the bar in club pool and club house a bit out dated and grubby arcade just takes your money and gives nothing back grab machines are fixed
.
Nothing for the children after 7 when it's raining only arcade and bingo

it is very clean and is conveniently located.
There was a sewer smell when we first arrived however this seemed to have went away by the 2nd day we were there.

it was clean, having two bathrooms was great. The hot tub was a bonus.
the beds were very hard, not very good pillows either. The birds liked to stomp on the ceiling around 5 each day so sleep was very poor.

Caravan lovely and clean entertainment in club house brilliant
Very expensive for drinks so didn’t stay out too long
Also no cash point or able to get cash back anywhere on-site so if you didn’t bring cash with you the kids couldn’t go into the arcades area I only had a small amount of change and my kids love the arcades
2.5 / 5.0
it was clean
no towels (we didn’t know so had to buy new ones) , no shampoo etc (we didn’t know so had to buy our own)
no internet and mobile net most of the time doesn’t work as no reception
2.5 / 5.0
Nice location, friendly helpful staff, bingo every evening is a good laugh even if you don't win.... kids loved it.
Single beds were very uncomfortable and The bed settees have a bad design so when you lie on them at night the timber digs into your back making it impossible to sleep on. I would next time definitely get a 3 bed. Also we had no iron or ironing board in our caravan. So we had to be the crinkle family for the week 🤣.

We had the dog so couldnt all go in te clubhouse, could make one section of the club dog friendly

the property was lovely very modern and the cleaners do a fantastic job overall could not fault the accommodation.
the games room for the kids was run down needs expanding / modernising. when we booked we arranged for a cot which we received but could not use as it was damp. all the staff that we encountered were lovely, apart from one member of staff whom arrived unannounced on our site just as we was about to enter the hot tub. he apparently was sent to fix some decking. nothing needed fixing and he was extremely rude within his approach towards us and the way he spoke.

The caravan was very clean and had all the cooking utensils etc that we needed.
It was warm and comfortable.
The caravan was very near the road/entrance and the clubhouse. So, it was very noisy, especially on Saturday evening/night. There were very steep steps up to the caravan, which I hadn't expected as I thought I had asked for easy access, due to my elderly father's lack of mobility. We managed, but it was dangerous.
