Dormida péssima

Localização, limpeza, facilidade em self check inn, boa calefação.

As camas, tanto a de casal como a do sofá cama, de péssima qualidade, no meio afundava. Todos dormimos mal. O apartamento em si é ótimo, mas o fato da cama ser ruim foi péssimo, era para ser nota 10, mas cai para 6/7 com uma situação desssa, e se fôssemos passar mais do que uma noite provavelmente tentaria mudar de hospedagem, não teria condição de permanência.

Top Lage, netter Kontakt mit der Unterkunft bei Fragen, schlichte aber schicke Einrichtung.

Bett etwas zu klein und zu weich für 2 Leute, Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfassender sein.

Apartamento descuidado.

El apartamento está cerca del centro y también de la estación de trenes. Su ubicación sin duda es lo mejor del apartamento. Es muy pequeño pero suficiente para una persona que viaja sola o en pareja.

El apartamento está bastante más viejo de lo que aparece en las fotos. Está muy descuidado, poca limpieza. Colchón muy blando y viejo. Muy mala gestión: te envían una app que te tienes que descargar, pero no abre el portal, me tuvieron que abrir los vecinos. Tampoco recibí ninguna indicación sobre el wifi, que no pude utilizar. No lo recomiendo.

me esperaba un mejor apartamento para el precio noche

Aunque han tenido bastantes evaluaciones positivas, tengo que decir que se está empezando a depreciar su clasificación puesto que tengo fotografias de la ducha con moho, el plato de la ducha se salía el agua porque se estancaba y rebosaba; tenía roto el limitador de riel de la ducha y se lleno todo de agua (esto no es excepcional porque tiene ensanchadas las puertas de la humedad de rebosar la ducha; el armario olía demasiado a humedad, no tenía internet, etc-

Apartamento muy bien ubicado para una estancia de dos dias

Las camas. Y reservamos parking y una cuna para el bebé y no había nada..ni siquiera ninguna indicación de nada.

No lo recomiendo.

Cercano al centro de Murcia.

Sucio, dejado, tv no funcionaba, no parking….. Nos dejaron estropajo usado y sucio, baño sucio, ventiladores rebosando de polvo. El peor apartamento que he ido. No es para un 9 como tiene puesto en 3 cuadros el apartamento. No llega no a 5. Jabón casi agotado, nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros. Quieren ganar dinero haciendo el mínimo esfuerzo!!!!!

Exactly what you need

Modern furniture, quiet place and super clean bathroom abd apartment overall. Such a lovely place!

The only thing that was missing was a hanger for wet clothes.

Functional apartment close to the city centre

Great location with paid parking available 5 minutes walk away at Cuertel de Artilleria. Easy to enter using the app. The apartment was clean and serviced by 2 good air-conditioning units. The bathroom was neat, with plenty of hot water. An easy walk to the center of the city.

The key (within the apartment) to open the front door was a bit difficult to use. Nothing else really, the apartment, for the price, was excellent

Very good

Great location, easy access, quiet, well equipped.

Only small complaint is that I needed to wash some of the plates before using them. The flat was very clean apart from that.

the location, the balcony, the kitchen.

strange bed, the toilet was dirty with hair. crazy opening system if you don't have an internet connection. there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Close to center with NETFLIX

Clean and cozy.

Kitchen is small. So long stay could be complicated. Excellent for coulpe. Very close to center. Netflix available with excellent quality

Pleasant bijou apartment

Bed was comfortable. Apartment spotlessly clean. Great bakery up the street. Good aircon. Shower was excellent.

Rather petit. Not a good property for avid cookers as there is no proper bench space. Tiny cups and glasses. No cutting board. Lift was haphazard in its alignment posing considerable trip hazard.

Great location, good value but difficulty in communication and check in

The place was close to city and attractions. Halal food was close by that gave much conveniences.

Well, property management only could speak Spanish, so communication is quite a challenge. Quite difficult to get a parking spot close by. We had to park across the river and was charged 8 euro per day. The owner did arrange us the parking spot which was an extra service they can provide.
