Great location, we walked to the theatre. Came home earlier than we normally would so we could spend time at the lodge

Lovely garden cabin. Great value for money!

Very well furnished and it so comfortable and welcoming. great bed, goid tv and bathroom although small was fully functioning. the staff were incredibly helpful and communication was brilliant. so all in all a grewt stay, value for money and I'd definitely stay again!!

Beautiful little lodge

Couldn't fault our stay at all. We stayed over for a night for my partners birthday, and we loved it. I was slightly worried about previous reviews regarding the area, but i was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the area actually was. We walked to a couple of local pubs in the area, which were great. I fully recommend Roma, the Italian restaurant, just a short walk from the lodge. Would 100% stay here again.

Great little

Great Boutique Hotel , had everything I needed to hand , loves that it had a microwave/kettle / fan/hairdryer . Really clean , would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Another Exceptional Stay

Have stayed here twice now and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely little personalised welcome sign on arrival, beautifully fragranced room, immaculately clean and tidy. The Garden Lodge has such a cosy feel to it. A good choice of lighting depending on what kind of ambience you're going for. And the bed is so comfortable! Bathroom is spacious enough with a large power shower. The room was perfectly heated for a colder, wintery day. Access to the property is simple and hassle-free. Staff are very helpful and attentive before your stay via email/text message, and the staff I saw upon leaving were very pleasant too. Great range of amenities available. I really can't fault this place for the price and look forward to staying again.

My only slight criticism of the Garden Lodge is that the toilet seat does not stay up, not really an issue for me, but I can imagine as a male guest, this could get a little annoying. 😆

Quirky, beautiful lodge convenient for racecourse, football

Really clean, comfortable, and quiet room in a safe area near the racecourse. Loved the garden lodge being separate from the rest of the property. The room was beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. We watched a film on Netflix which was an added bonus. Exactly as pictured

The sink was very narrow and I splashed water over the floor when washing my face. Minor niggle only.

Very comfortable and private

Central location ,comfortable and warm ..quiet .and great facilities

The parking can be issue ..was not able to park near the property and having gone out in car later after arrival when returned the space I had parked was taken and was good way from property and security risk I had to empty car which was a chore carring everything to property and not being full mobile steps were a little difficult. But I understand the situation and its not a criticism.

Perfect cosy quiet stay!

A wonderful cosy little place. Clean, quiet, well furnished. Booking was easy and good communication. Would happily stay there again and recommend.

Might try pillows of different thicknesses, a bit too big and full for me. Otherwise everything was great!

Nice little garden lodge.

We loved the style of this llittle garden lodge. It was very comfy and stylish. Real thought has gone into making this a nice place to stay. We had a little tray of tea,coffee, two orange juice cartons and two bottles or water which were nice. There were two little bottles of wash in the bathroom too. Free parking outside on a public road . Not too far to walk to the city. Plenty of uber taxis around the area which was great for us.

We had a problem with the sink as it was blocked and would not drain then ended up with water everywhere so has to use the towels to soak it up. When I spoke to the staff in the day when paying a deposit and they said there was a 24/7 phone line if we had any problems but I called numerous times and also had to contact booking.com who tried but they also had no answer. With using our towels meant we couldn't have a shower in the morning or brush our teeth as the sink was still blocked. Which was quite disappointing as we were there for my husbands birthday. I understand problems happen but had it been an emergency there was no one to help. Having said this I did like the lodge and I would probably stay again.
