This location is like a hidden gem. Walking distance to the river and beautiful golf course view and as your backyard.

We had a great time. The pictures didn't do it justice as we were pleasantly suprised. It was well stocked with everything you needed, making it a home away from home. The beach was a short walk from the house and had enough room for a few boats, jet skis and was well maintained. Coming back having the option to be able to cook inside or bbq was a plus. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a nice family trip to the river and would love to come back. The house is perfect and had plenty of room for us. It’s comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It’s on the golf course side and was the perfect location to get a break from the heat. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful home
This home was perfect for our family. Super clean, had everything you will need. River beach is within walking distance. Access to the garage was an amazing feature, helped with loading and unloading.

very nice house on the golf course
the house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. all the instructions were easy to follow and the owners where ready to assist if needed (we did not need them fortunately) overall we had a good time, the house had everything we needed including games for the family to play. looking forward to another trip to this property.

Awesome place right on the river.
It's so hard to find places to stay on the water these days. Though the house isn't water front, the community is. We have toddlers so being on the water and close to the launch ramp is a must. Got a slip for the weekend next door at Needles marina and walked right down to the beach to hang out. Kids had a blast.

Less Than a Minute to The Beautiful Colorado River
The Home is on the golf course and right near the Colorado River. Property Manager was a text or call away at any time, check in process was a breeze, and had plenty of things to keep my family occupied

Paradise in Needles
This property is absolutely amazing! I stayed for a full month. The home is very large with an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area. The home borders a golf course which gave us added privacy plus a beautiful view of the greens. We spent numerous hours on the deck, watching the birds, golfers and spectacular sunsets. Having a washer and dryer made our lives easy! The community is small, quaint, and picturesque. We walked every day and our evening walks were especially charming. The pool and hot tub area was less than a five minute walk and the sandy beach area by the river was not much further. The hosts were incredibly attentive and available during my entire stay. I would return to this property in a heartbeat!

Family vacation
It was our typical summer family vacation and it was even better this year in this new location on the river! We were able to access the pool, basketball court, volleyball, and river with a short walk, the house was clean and had so many extra odds and ends to make our stay even more comfortable!

The house was clean and fit our family perfectly. Another family we were with stayed in the same community and this house had much better upgrades and was easier to check in and out of. We would love to stay here again very soon!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. Clean house, well kept, stocked; we had everything we needed. The air conditioner work well which was perfect since it was 120 degrees outside. Walking distance to the beach/river. Close to Needles marina; where we got a boat slip for our boat. We definitely will return! Thanks for a great stay!
