I will NEVER, ever book from this company ever again and neither should you.

The location was right across from the NDK and close to restaurants and amenities downtown.

The apartment was completely filthy when we arrived, it had not been cleaned at all. Dirty unflushed toilets, beds slept in, food all over the kitchen, dirty towels in a heap on the floor. We arrived at night and it took two hours and a call to Booking.com customer service for the host to move us to a different apartment, effectively meaning we had to cancel our evening plans to make this move after 10pm. According to booking customer service the host refused to answer their calls. We were moved to an apartment close by, but I would not say it was equivalent to what I had paid for: I paid for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the new apartment had only 1 shower, and there was only one bed and a pull out couch which was barely big enough for one person and very uncomfortable. To top it off, it was not equipped with enough linens so a few had to sleep the first night without any bedsheets as it was already so late the host would not bring any to us until the next day. I would not recommend this place at all, or any other property that this company has because chances are you will not even get the one you paid for.

Very good

The location is good in the city center and sights, lots of nice cafeteria, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and it was pretty clean except for one drawer where there was some food left by the previous guests.

The girl answering emergency calls was really inadequate: we had an emergency the electronic key got blocked and we were left outside the apartment she was blaming us for the blocked keypad, hanging up on us it took her two hours to at least offer temporary accommodation for the night because they weren't able to unlock the door for more than 12 hours. We had to call again and again from different phone numbers because she would pick up seeing a familiar phone number. Even though they have a 24/7 emergency line it doesn't work as a proper emergency resolution and the response to that line was totally inadequate hanging ups, no compassion for the situation and with lots of giggling. Nobody from management showed up in 48 hours to check if we needed anything or at least apologize for leaving us without our belongings and money during the night. We had to call several times for them to check on the leaking AC as well which we were not able to use even though the temperature was 35 degrees ...We got a response by management after raising an official claim via Booking.com.

4th floor without elevator

Location

It is 4th floor without elevator, was provided with a cot without a mattress (for additional 20 euro, finally just got a refund but we couldn't normally sleep because of that). Booking support also wasn't helpful...

Lovely spacious bedrooms and fantastic location

Location and quality and size of bedrooms

No dish tabs, tea towel, teaspoons, blocked coffee machine, only two wine glasses and two bowls

Perfect

The property was absolutely amazing, ideal for 2 families

overall everything was great We had order for baby cot that the management forgot about it , but they sort it as soon as they could as it was Christmas Day the lady on the phone was really kind and apologetic about the inconvenience
