We had a great stay at, John’s, apartment. The place was spotless and so cozy. John greeted us upon check in and was so friendly. We loved the decor and the amenities available. The location was a perfect walking distance to downtown Greenport. Thank you for a great stay, we will surely be back!

This property was absolutely perfect! So much care has gone into this place, it was a perfect home base to stay at while I attended a friends wedding weekend. Everything was super walkable. John was a great communicator and checkin/checkout went very smoothly. The apartment is very clean, cool, and comfortable. Thank you!

Lovely sunny and spotless one bedroom. Very comfortable bed and nicely furnished with a new kitchen. If you do cook you will have to bring your own condiments like oil or buy them in the grocery store. We thought the extra charges were excessive but overall a decent price for Greenport. Beautiful street near everything. No TV stations but Netflix and the like.

We had a great time visiting Greenport and staying in this lovely and spacious apartment. The homeowner was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He even was kind enough to print something for me. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need for our 3-day stay. We enjoyed the area and the apartment was so close to town.

The apartment is clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed having a beautiful full kitchen and updated bathroom, as well as a binder including places to visit. Walking a few blocks into town for shopping and food is a great benefit. This is a great place to stay and enjoy what NoFo has to offer!

We were in town for a long weekend and loved our stay in Greenport! The property is clean and in a great location near the water as well as downtown. We loved walking into town and enjoyed several delicious meals - highly recommend Bruce & Son for breakfast as well as Tikal. John is a wonderful host - quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Another great weekend trip in Greenport
I've been coming to Greenport yearly for the past 4 years, this is my 2nd time staying here. Such a great location as it is so easy to walk into town, no need to drive. Can walk to grocery, restaurants, ferry to shelter island, etc.
Nice to be able to go back to the room so easily, between whatever you are doing. We always find something to do, even just walking around town is a fun time.
I recommend planning a trip to Orient point state park during your stay (we go after we check out on the way home), great place to hike, enjoy nature, etc. Pack a lunch too! Especially early in the season its very empty and relaxing; dress for wind though.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!! Welcoming and clean. Had everything we needed and more. Owners very friendly. Perfect location, walked everywhere. To wineries, town, beach, dock….sitting on the porch each morning with my coffee. Neighbors very friendly.

Fantastic Greenport apartment
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and updated- perfect for a couple. The street was quiet and seemed safe with plenty of on street parking. The location can't be beat walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The chickens were pretty cute too! John and his wife were so nice and very communicative before our trip so we knew exactly what to expect and how to access the apartment.

John's apartment was lovely! Clean and homey, well-equipped, comfy bed. Location was ideal, a quick 10 minute walk from downtown Greenport, Shelter Island ferry & a little further to 67 Steps Beach. Would return!!

Stayed in the upper appartment. Unit was just as the pictures. Clean with all the complements of a hotel... shampoo etc. Would definitely stay here again. Had an issue with the wifi, it was handled immediately. Greenport is a great beach community. Small and relaxing with good restaurants. Highly recommend this area for a weekend get away. This appartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Within walking distance to the center of town.

This is a lovely property in a great location. The historic home is wonderfully restored with modern conveniences for visitors. My first trip I stayed in the 2 bedroom downstairs apartment and this visit in the upstairs apartment. Both were perfect!

Wonderful apartment for 2. Close to all the shops and restaurants in Greenport, along with the ferry to Shelter Island. Communication with owner was easy and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the North Fork.
