About this house rental
Bring your bikes to take the bicycle path that follows the beach 4km into town, take a dip in the crystal clear water or bring your fishing gear and fish for whiting, herring and flounder as the sun sets over the ocean. If you would prefer to relax at home there are plenty of board games, jigsaws, books and videos to enjoy and the house is only a short walk to the local Minimart, Fish and Chip shop and bottleshop.
Ideally set up for 1 to 2 families the house comfortably sleeps 7 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped open-plan kitchen / dining area and separate spacious lounge, as well as a BBQ on the patio out the back. Within a few minutes drive, you can be in the heart of Busselton to take the kids to the water park or the famous Busselton jetty and underwater observatory, play golf, tennis or check out the extensive range of shops.
In just 30 minutes you can be in Western Australia's premier wine region of Margaret River, with art galleries, cheese factories, chocolate factories, local boutique breweries and some of the best surf beaches in the state.

It was a perfect house in a perfect location. It was laid out really well…ticked all the boxes. We would stay again. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more 👍

A lot of the lights didn’t work so it was very dark inside the house but it was comfortable and the kids loved all the games

House is in great position. Very close to the beach and an IGA. Stayed here with my mates after graduation and all were happy with the house. Also house owners are very nice people.

It would be nice to have a proper roof on the back patio. We had a fair bit of rain during our stay and could not use the patio area then.
We enjoyed our time there and house comfortable and suited our needs

Clean and tidy inside, great location with a small IGA, bottle shop, beach etc just down the road. Plenty of comfortable seating inside in the lounge and dining area. Outdoor setting is tiny and not as pictured however when contacted the owners said they’d had to swap it at short notice, luckily we had a picnic rug and camping chairs. Shower pressure is great, bathrooms were spotless. Books and games aplenty, kitchen had everything we’d need even a Nespresso 😊. We enjoyed our stay and would return next year, felt like we were staying in a friends home
