We stayed for a week in the villa with our extended family which included three children (14, 7 and 1 year old), and all of us enjoyed every moment of our stay. We absolutely loved delicious breakfasts with home-baked pastries! The hotel has a very nice beach on a wooden platform with a tent which saved us from the scorching heat at the end of July. The sea next to the platform is knee-deep and and is good for children and adults as it gets deeper further away. We liked the swimming pool as well: it is large, clean, and there are both a deep part for swimming and a shallow part for young children. The garden around the villa is beautiful and well kept. We are grateful for having three rooms for our families next to each other. There is so much history on the villa to explore! The staff are friendly and helpful.

Just a lovely hotel built around some ancient ruins also check out the sitting room in the front office. It’s a gorgeous hotel and the staff are great from front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping. They really look after you and with professional courtesy

The grounds are so lovely - lemon trees, the pool, the buildings. It was tranquil and relaxing. Loved the tub in the bathroom.
The bed was a bit stiff, but overall fine. Wish the pool was heated so it was a comfortable swimming temperature.

off season so almost too quiet

It is a hotel with grande allure; beautiful, true to its architecture and everything to the highest standard! Beautiful in and outside! The restaurant was top notch, the dinner excellent and so was the breakfast. It was all far beyond our expectations especially regarding the price! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great variety of food and pleasant staff
Dining room very noisy with parties and weddings. My wife got very sick on last night -lamb chops and a leak in the ceiling on last night too.Manager was not very sympathetic / understanding when we talked to him.

sprawling property and great for people who wanted the resort life.
bad location without a car

Grounds. Lovely area close to charming old Gaeta.
If you have a mobility issue you must INSIST on room with elevator access! Otherwise many steps. Several buildings quite spread out. Lots of walking. Great difficulty and confusion with twin beds request. Miniscule shower in my room.
4.5
The property is amazing - on large grounds, surrounded by olive and lemon trees, with a beautiful large swimming pool. It has a real Mediterranean feel. The buildings have been wonderfully renovated and retained the old-world Italian charm and class. Excellent value for the money. The buffet breakfasts in the morning were delicious with a good selection.
I liked everything. Just keep in mind that it is not the best location without a car: the nearest beaches are not right there but a few minutes walk away, and Gaeta is a short drive away. With a car everything is perfect: restaurants, beautiful towns like Gaeta and Sperlonga, lots of great beaches and coastlines, mountains with panoramic views, etc., are just a short drive away.

4.5
Very beautiful venue with park and pool; good for recharging batteries and relax. The room was large and quite.
No one told us about the platform to take a swim in the sea at the opposite side of the road which is managed by the hotel. I just saw it while leaving. I feel we were not properly introduced to the amenities of the venue.
4.5
The hotel was beautifully landscaped. The pool was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and it was nice sitting outdoors while sipping our cappuccinos. The location was good and outside the congested old town area while being convenient to it. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing visit to Gaeta.
The bathroom was a bit small and there were no hooks or anything on which to hang the wet towels after showering. The towels and sheets were changed everyday which gives a feeling of luxury but in the spirit of trying to be “environmentally friendly ” it wasn’t necessary and the hotel may want to consider their policy.
Nothing to do with the hotel but make sure you make dinner reservations if dining in the Old Town. It was impossible to find a restaurant in the Old Tiwn one night without one.
