Больше всего понравилось, что отель был практически пустой и как следствие персональный подход к каждому гостю . Персонал отеля был очень внимательный, приветливый и услужливый . Все наши просьбы выполнялись с большим удовольствием. Особенно хочу отметить команду ресторана : официантов и поваров. Еда была вкусная и разнообразия, а обслуживание - профессиональное и всегда с улыбкой. Очень хороший SPA с полным спектром услуг: массаж, сауна, парная,джакузи. Персональная благодарность Адир( массажистка) и Мустафа. По мимо SPA возле бассейна есть 2 бесплатные сауны, 1 парная, 1 джакузи. Пляж чистый с песчаным дном и заходом как с берега так и с пирса. Южнее от пляжа есть риф с большим разнообразием кораловых рыб. Хочу отметить профессиональную работу спасателей. На моих глазах женщина захлебнулась и сразу трое сотрудников пляжа бросились к ней и оказали необходимую помощь.

Мне не понравилась комната. Она окрашена в очень тёмные цвета. Мебель старая . двери шкафов скрипели , а входная дверь туго закрывалась. Кровать была не комфортной. Я просил поменять матрас, а вместо этого мне перевернули его на другую сторону. В комнате мне каждый день оставляли 1маленькую бутылку воды на человека, что конечно не соответствует суточной физиологической норме. Это неприемлемо и не красиво по отношению к гостям. В тренажёрном зале работали только две беговые дорожки.

The most helpful staff !

Just back from a fabulous stay, great hotel, with lots to do. Spa couples massage was lovely. The gym was excellent, Sails beach bar had music and dancing, food was amazing & nothing was too much trouble…. Rahma on reception was exceptional, Wael F.O. Manger was on hand to ensure everything was perfect and Ahmed el Sahat room service manger really looked after us with top service and was on hand for any little extras we needed throughout our stay… we will definitely be back !

Could do with a lick of paint here and there, but it looked as if maintenance was quietly going on with disruption to guests experience.

good place I wouldn't recommend going in holidays or when they fully booked.

the view is amazing from anywhere in the hotel. the staff were really good and friendly.

I asked to change my room because I can hear the room next me loudly, the connected door was making sounds all night, the toilet in my room was smelly.

النضافه كوالتي كل حاجه اكل او مشروبات او حتي الغرف طبعا الناس هناك كلهم معاملتهم ممتازه

حجات كتير كانت ناقصه في الاكل والمشروبات..ولكن مقصرش علي الجودة .. ودا بسبب ان الفندق فاضي مافيش جيست تقريبا عدد قليل جدا طبعا مافيش اي حفلات

+ هادي + 4 مسابح 3 مالح بحر و 1 عذب + 3 مطاعم + مساحات كبيرة +منتجع مغلق

- بعيد عن كل شيء - المطاعم اقل من عادي - المطعم الرئيسي تنوعة قليل جدا في الإفطار والعشاء - خدمة الغرفة للطعام يقفل الساعة 11م - الاطلالة على البحر من الغرف مش احسن حاجة - 10د بالسيارة الى المشاية

הצוות שירותי

הניקיון בחדרים לא היה יומיומי היינו 5 ימים יומיים ניקו וסידרו בשאר הימים לא סידרו לא החליפו מגבות לא חידשו סבונים בכל האזורים הציבוריים מעשנים, כולל לובי חדר אוכל בכל מקום, היה לנו ממש קשה עם זה. היו איתנו 5 ילדים שלא היה להם מיטות

It’s nice but need to improve!

The resort is good and almost well maintained; even if it’s pretty old the common area like reception and pools were ok

The room was not good enough. Mattress old and uncomfortable and a noisy AC. The service as well need a big improvement. 3/5 days the room was not done yet at 3PM. 2 hours and 3 calls to get 2 bottle of water in the room are absolutely not acceptable in a 5star

alles in allem ein schöner urlaub

Zimmer: war sehr schön und zentral zu den pools gelegen. Frühstück: war mehr als ausreichend und wirklich sehr gut Essen allgemein: da wie nur frühstück und Abendessen also Halbpension hatten war das essen am abend wirklich gut und auch abwechslungsreich 10 von 10 punkten

Zimmer: die Sauberkeit leidet etwas was den Boden betrifft auch alles andere ist nicht wirklich sauber obwohl sich sie jungs bemühen....gegen etwas trinkgeld wird es deutlich sauberer :-)

Our Happy place

Well our stay and day use is always exceptional at this place , tha staff is super friendly, rooms are clean , with amazing various views you get to choose from , sea view , lagoon view and pool view. They have different kinds of pool , the jacuzzi is out of this world, with it's stunning view 😍 ❤️ The food is really nice and clean , and dinner is different daily 😋 Never the last time 😘

Exceptional Stay

The Staff were the best, they gave us a great experience and since my husband is a foreigner; he was surprised to get that warm and exceptional hospitality. Facilities were nice and clean, the Beach was Amazing & safe. Also I would like to Thank the receptionist Mr. Ahmed Rodi for providing us with everything we needed; he was really flexible and professional. Also Chef Ahmed; he was always cheerful and patient with all guests to accommodate them with their preferences. Also Mr. Samir the attendant from the restaurant; with a warm smile and great service. And the supervisor from the other restaurant; he was always recording my feedback to offer better service on a daily basis. They Were all very helpful. Indeed an outstanding experience. And we would love to come back in the Future :).
