Deludente

Buona colazione e cena abbondante

Premetto che per essere un hotel a 4 stelle è stato deludente, innanzitutto il parcheggio, è piccolo e pochissime macchine ci stanno.. abbiamo passato più di mezza giornata a cercare di prendere un posto correndo giù dalla stanza appena se ne liberava uno, dopo un giorno l abbiamo trovato a forza di litigare con altre persone che volevano parcheggiare. Altra nota dolente, le camere erano piccole e non rispecchiano affatto le fotografie date dal albergo, ho fatto tanti viaggi ma questa camera(vista mare) è stata la peggiore che abbia mai visto. Per la colazione tavoli sporchi dove nessuno apparecchiava e puliva per coloro che venivano dopo. Abbiamo passeggiato sul lungo mare e visto alberghi molto più belli e tenuti molto meglio con prezzi migliori Altro tasto dolente la piscina, caricata di cloro ma ridotta male, pezzi di bordo piscina rotti così come pezzi di idromassaggio rotti. Non ci torneremo di sicuro, ci siamo affidati troppo alle fotografie del luogo ma sembra un altro albergo dalle fotografie

Adria da evitare e declassare

La posizione dell' hotel.

Personale di reception al limite dell incompetenza. Prenotato camera con frigobar nel prezzo , ma questo era assente e tale è rimasto dopo ripetute segnalazioni per il mio periodo di permanenza, senza proporre soluzioni alternative e senza ricevere sconto alcuno per la mancata prestazione erogata. Colazione indecente con tazze sporche e cibo di scarsa qualità, con gestione caotica dei flussi della clientela e dispenser bevande calde e fredde spesso in avaria. Parcheggio auto disorganizzato e non disponibile.

LENTEZZA, SVOGLIATEZZA E ARROGANZA

di questa struttura abbiamo apprezzato sicuramente la parte ristorazione, camerieri bravissimi e gentili il buffet pazzesco sempre ben rifornito e molto sfizioso, se non fosse che l’ultimo giorno abbiamo trovato una formica nella pizza che poi ha vagato per il piatto.. il cibo buono la piscina bellissima molto confortevole la pulizia molto buona. i receptionist giovani molto gentili

siamo arrivati alle 11 circa, abbiamo fatto il check in e.. LA CAMERA CI È STATA DATA ALLE 17, ok tutto ma un po’ troppo dopo, nonostante ci fosse un grosso cartello con su scritto GARANTIAMO LA CAMERA DOPO LE 14:30.. si vedo, abbiamo sprecato la giornata in reception a sperare che ci dessero sta beata camera e quando ci hanno consegnato le chiavi, stremati, siamo andati e abbiamo visto la nostra camera considerata una camera comfort, che non lo era per niente. abbiamo pagato tantissimo per la camera VISTA MARE e noi come vista avevamo un altro hotel di fronte e quasi lateralmente si intravedeva il mare. Scioccati e increduli andiamo giù in reception a lamentarci della vista la quale abbiamo pagato, chiedendo un cambio camera, la ragazza e andata a controllare e poi è uscita una signora, rozza, scorbutica a dirci che non poteva farci niente e che non fanno distinzione tra una camera fronte mare o una laterale vista mare.. vergognoso. oltre tutto che ci ha risposto veramente male cosa che non si dovrebbe mai fare non ha fatto niente per risolvere il problema. ci siamo tenuti la camera e vabbè. un hotel non proprio vicinissimo al centro che non offre un servizio di biciclette non si può neanche sentire. ma questo fa anche niente in questo hotel a 4 stelle il problema è la tempistica, non sono ben organizzati e i receptionist non sono svegli a risolvere i problemi per non parlare del campo da tennis, offrono questo bellissimo servizio e ..? non si poteva utilizzare perché era pieno fino all’1 settembre, ceh se sono cliente per 5 giorni e mi va di lusso trovo disponibilità sennò mi attacco.. dovrebbero organizzare meglio anche quello. i parcheggi dovrebbero essere fatti meglio perché noi per uscire abbiamo avuto difficoltà visto che avevamo un’altra macchina parcheggiata dietro, dovrebbero chiedere le targhe o far scrivere il numero della camera.. anche questo un fattore di incompetenza spero di non tornare in questo hotel, ne sono certa che non ritornerò.

Bene ma non è un hotel da 4 stelle!

Vicinanza dal mare, cibo ottimo e molta scelta.

Il personale al desk. All'arrivo 30 minuti per fare il check-in con 2 persone fatte passare avanti mentre era il ns torno. Personale lentissimo e inesperto che continuamente chiedeva scusa per gli inconvenienti. Inoltre una responsabile che riprendeva urlando il personale davanti ai clienti.

It is fairly nice hotel with great cuisine but I dont have an idea how they deserved those four stars.

The restaurant and their dishes were remarkable.

The hotel looks nice from the street. If you enter inside you see pretty reception and everything like corridors are newly refurbished. However while you enter the room (and we payed more for room with seaview), you are suddenly little nit dissapointed. The rooms and their equipment are obsolete. The A/C didn’t work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable. There are also nice swimming pool, but during afternoon it becomes quite dirty.

Bad experience, old hotel

Location is ok, just in front of the beach

No hot water in the shower, the building seems under renovation, with abandoned furniture on the room floors, renovation material in the outside area of the hotel. The breakfast had a very poor buffet, caotic, with dry croissants and little choice. They used plastic cups to serve coffee. The staff was not available at the reception. Very bad experience.

absolutely nothing !!!

it is the worst 4 Star Hotel i have ever stayed in. nothing was good about this hotel from the breakfast which was for me uneatable. the air conditioning was turned off because of the building work which was going on all over the place. the shower doors were hanging off as was the bedroom door. it was probably decorated 20 years ago and needs it doing again desperately. the whole place needs a overhaul and should shut till it’s done.

dreadful more like a hostel.

the bed is firm the view from the bathroom window

There are two things going for this hotel. The view from your bathroom window and the bed. This hotel is more like a hostel. Food see pictures is awful. These photos were taken with an hour left on the service. Carton juice, tinned fruit, surly staff. Scrambled eggs made probably around 6 and left out. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but you are able to go in earlier but full of workmen.

Disappointing.

Nice entry area, friendly staff, huge choices at breakfast.

I was traveling on my own and reserved a single bed. Unfortunately, the room was literally the size of a closet. It was raining the entire weekend so I would have had to stay in that "room" a lot. I asked if they had something larger, they did but they had me pay 25% more for it. In other hotels I've stayed at they gave me a regular room, to be used as a single. This is the first time I've ever seen such a small room. All the photos on the website are of normal rooms.

A very good choice

- own beach with it‘s own bar (Michela was very friendly and she speaks very good english) - two pools - the biggest one with it‘s own bar - very good food - especially the traditional italien food - the waitress (Gabriela) was very kind, always ready to suggest something if she was asked, always smiling, a true professional in her branch - Top! - very nice garden

- the personal at the reception was very kind and always ready to help, but a little bit more english (or german) will be good, as we‘ve traveled in high-saison, and there are coming not only the italiens to spend their vacation. We‘ve had difficulties in communicating with them - english or german. - the time allocated for the lunch or dinner is too short in my opinion, and it creates more pressure on the guest, when it should actually enable them another moment of joy

The hotel is quite big, next to the beach with two swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner not bad. The waiters and cleaning staff are very helpful and polite. The room was very old but cleaned well. The personnel at the reception is definitely has to improve their English and general professional skills. They seemed lost. Generally it’s ok, but could be much better

Good location, it was near the beach.

The public places (elevator, reception and dining area) in the hotel were not air conditioned. Most of the staff could not speak English at all or very poorly. The parking area was not good.

The staff was great. I liked the different options you can choose for your stay such as room type, use of beach, meal plans, etc. Food was very good.

Check out is too early, 10am. Also, there was construction going on and you can hear that but not too early or late.
