Checkout時說税沒有收，但checkin 時已經付過了，後來我們拿出收據才說補差額就好，人員交接有問題

窗景讚, 位置佳（車站步行3分鐘) 單人房有浴缸，三人房有廚房並可借廚具

單人房：床小房間偏舊三人房：有一張是折疊床，很難睡

位置10分優越，鄰近火車站，有升降機，房間寬敞，有露台，佈置溫馨，窗外望山景，十分宜人，早餐尚算豐富，樓下對面以是巴士站，可以去First 山或上少女峰的纜車站。

Excelente vista, el personal muy cordial! Muy buena ubicación!

Pedí habitación con balcón, x mi cumpleaños, a las montañas y me la dieron sin costo adicional! Muy amables .

Qué cerraran el restaurante y para acceder en ascensor con las valijas, hay qué pasar en medio de los arreglos!

great hotel. highly recommend

the room was new and clean, and larger than i expected for Switzerland. perfect location just a two minute walk from the main train station. the staff were all friendly and helpful. great value.

i would have liked there to be screens on the windows. it was unusually hot when we were there and when i left the windows open at night bugs would fly in.

Overall happy with location, breakfast. But hotel could be better.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved the bread and butter. Coffee was good too. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Please check your room for bedbugs. Our family got bed bug bites after stay in here. I’ve contacted hotel immediately after noticed bites. They said thank you for letting them know. I hope they sorted out bedbug issue. Actually this cost me time, money and peace of mind. Because after this issue, as soon as we came back home was have to examine every single item, steam it, or use a chemical spray before getting indoor. It was such a tough thing. Please double check and examine your room in there!

Book More Than One Nigjt! A Really Lovely Location

Everything about our stay was exceptional! We had a balcony with mountain views. The meal in the restaurant we had for dinner was delicious. The breakfast had hot options as well as ample choices.

I wish I had booked more nights at this hotel.

Enjoyable and we had a lot of fun visiting many parts of Switzerland.

Location of the hotel is very convenient and it’s only 2 mins away from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about Switzerland. Pity that I didn’t manage to get a room with a good view though.

No bidet in the toilet.

Great location close to train station.

Excellent location close to market and train station. Rooms were quiet, nicely furnished and breakfast was delicious. Restaurant downstairs was also convenient for lunch and dinner.

Bathroom was dated and could use an update.

I cannot find any big issue at all. Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic, only1-2min walk from the train station. There is elevator upto rooms. Bedsheet and towel was clean and they clean everyday.

Room is slightly tight and there is no place to put multiple travel bags and stuffs.

Centrally located, kind staff, a variety of breakfast to choose from. We’ll definitely come back.

Hotel is at the heart of Grindelwald, close to train station, to the sports center with a nice view, staffs were accomodating, available parking lot.

The room was somehow warm. An electric fan would be helpful.

A great location to explore Grindelwald and the Jungfrau region.

The property was conveniently placed only one minute walk from Grindelwald train station. The allocated apartment room was set back from the street, with lift great for carrying luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The single beds pushed together wasn’t suitable for a couple. This was somewhat rectified by the property but still not the best.

Excellent location. We stayed in an apartment which was spacious and very comfortable. Great beds. Breakfast was good.

Except bed is quite soft and no kettle at room for hot drink, everything is good.
