Great Location, Great Stay!

The location was excellent being so close to Hyde park allowing us to have early morning and late afternoon walks. The staff were very polite and we arrived early to our room ready. Although I did see they allowed others to leave their bags while their room got ready. All the main site seeing locations were in walking distance and they had pot and pans on hand making it easy to cook anything. Overall a great stay and would come back!

Fans in the room would have been nice because it got a bit stuffy but otherwise nothing.

Excellent!

We booked 2 rooms, that slept 2 people and 3 people. Both rooms were very clean and large. The larger room was exceptional. Staff were very helpful.

Très beau bâtiment, quartier calme. Kitchinette dans la chambre

L’isolation du bruit avec la rue. Les rideaux pourraient être plus couvrant car à 6h on est réveillés par le jour. Ils pourraient mettre les casseroles et poêles directement dans la chambre au lieu d’avoir à les demander

Good value for money & quiet location

Located on quiet road so very little noise at night. Room was spacious and warm. Having a recycling bin in room. Close to several tube stations & bus stops

Needs a toilet roll holder in bathroom. Entry to building didn’t feel very secure

The best stay I have ever had in London.

We absolutely loved this clean room with a well-equipped kitchenette, which enabled us to cook with foods from the market nearby and live like a local. Also the quiet neighborhood made our stay peaceful.

Couldnt appreciate it because of difficulty in accessing room.

Very clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was also comfortable and it was warm. I couldn’t take advantage of the cooking facilities.

I checked there was a lift. There was but getting to my room involved getting out the lift. Going down one flight of stairs and up 3 more. I have serious leg injuries and one flight can be a huge challenge. I’m also asthmatic so it was all rather distressing. I only left my room to go get some food. Had a lot of pain to cope with. Obviously this impacted on my stay. Check your room accessibility personally. Don’t assume because there is a lift it’s of any benefit. Also. It should include this info in the booking details. Who wants to carry bags or luggage up 3 flights? The staff member did help me after I returned to the reception.

Nice location and lovely historic building.

The lift wasn’t working during our stay and there were lots of stairs. The room wasn’t very clean and everything felt outdated. Bathroom was small.

Very nice staff, good hotel, great location

there are no elevators that go to all rooms. so if you have luggage, which travels tend to have, good luck!!!! you’ll be dragging those suitcases all the way to your room using the stairs.

Great hotel in the centre of London.

The room was spacious and gave the three people in our group some good privacy. Very clean. Really liked the little kitchenette. The staff were helpful. The location was great.

largish room, with divider, to sleep 3-4 people with some semblance of privacy. kitchenette and a dining table with chairs. Clean.

10 min walk to nearest metro, which was a bit of a bother after walking all over London. Not a massive issue but if you don’t like walking be mindful of it. Tiny bathroom. Found the service staff not as friendly as I’m used to. Don’t expect a welcoming smile.

Very cosy and clean hôtel. The room was big and comfortable et the staff is super nice
