Prima resort, jammer van het personeel bij de receptie.

Het was een mooi verblijf met een fijn zwembad en het personeel bij het zwembad was erg vriendelijk.

Het personeel bij de receptie was daar echt het tegenovergestelde van. Heel onvriendelijk en meerdere keren problemen mee gehad. Toen we aankwamen wilde ze ons pas helpen op de check-in tijd. Ze gaven ons daarvoor nul informatie, waaronder het wifi wachtwoord, waar we meerdere keren om hebben gevraagd. Toen we in de kamer kwamen was de airco stuk, dat hebben ze snel opgelost door ons een nieuwe kamer te geven. Toen ze kwamen op naar de airco te kijken, kwam meneer ook zo naar binnen terwijl wij ons aan het omkleden waren. Toen we in de nieuwe kamer kwamen was helaas het bed erg vochtig. Ook dit hebben ze, een beetje op een gekke manier, maar goed opgelost. Er zijn dus veel dingen die mis gingen, wat jammer was. Toen we uit wilde checken, hadden we nog een rekening openstaan, waaronder van de was. We hadden onderbroeken en 1 shirt laten wassen. Het shirt was met een vlek teruggekomen en dat kunnen we nu weggooien. Toen we aangaven dat er een vlek op zat, weigerde ze het te geloven en zei ze dat wij zelf de vlek hadden gemaakt. Het lukte ook niet goed om te communiceren omdat ze slecht tot geen Engels spreken. Dit was prima voor 2 nachten, maar we gaan nooit meer terug naar het verblijf. Ook zouden we afraden om naar Koh Lanta te gaan want er is echt niks te doen en alles is verlaten.

Schöner Poolbereich, aber keine 4,5-5 Sterne.

Super schöner Pool-Bereich, direkt am Strand. Schöne, gepflegte grüne Anlage.

Die Ausstattung zB Liegen etc. ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht eher 3,5-4 Sternen. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut, sodass man kaum einschlafen konnte. Insgesamt absolut keine 5 Sterne.

The room was really high up in the hills and we needed to ask for a shuttle to go to the room every time. Those rooms are not recommended if you have kids or have someone with walking issues

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht

Der Strand, der Pool und auch die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Man wird überall innerhalb des Hotels unkompliziert mit dem Auto hingefahren was bei den Zimmern die oben am Berg liegen notwendig ist. Außerdem gibt es viele Tiere wie Warane oder Affen im Hotel was uns gut gefallen hat.

Für das was geboten wird ist es komplett überteuert. Weit vom 5 Sterne Standard entfernt. Personal vorallem an der Rezeption spricht kaum englisch und hat dementsprechend keine Infos. Die Preise im Hotel sind fast das zehnfache von den Preisen außerhalb. Das Restaurant für abends ist eigentlich schön aber wir waren dort nie essen weil keine Musik läuft und man dort nur die Klimaanlage hört. Man sollte auch wissen, dass es eher ein Familien Hotel ist, in dem ab 21 Uhr nichts mehr los ist. Ich denke für den halben Preis kann man auf der Insel ähnliche Hotels finden. Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit und das Personal (v.a. An der poolbar) war sehr nett und bemüht!

Personnel sympathique, bon petit dejeuner

Le complexe est loin des photos, plutôt vieillissant, nous avons pris une Villa est au delà du menage très limite, cela ne valait pas du tout le prix payé. Impossible d'obtenir une place a la piscine ou a la plage , les gens posent leurs serviette dès le matin pour réserver le transat pour la journée. Beaucoup de famille avec enfants, je déconseille vivement aux couples

Amazing, would return

This is our second time at the property after visiting in April and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make your experience unforgettable. They are also the nicest people we’ve come across at any other hotel in Thailand. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and breathtaking to walk around. The food served around the pool and in the restaurants is amazing - noticeably more expensive than other places but shouldn’t put you off as the quality is reflected in the price - the infinity pool is our favourite feature and looks out into the sea for some scenic views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The only “issue” we can find about the property is just how high up our room is which is easily resolved by asking for the cart to take you up - which is something we didn’t want to do all the time - if this concerns you, perhaps speaking to the hotel about having a room further down could benefit you.

Magnifique 😻

Cet hôtel est magnifique! Un excellent rapport qualité prix avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Tout est propre et le cadre très verdoyant. Nous avons adoré l’hôtel avec sa belle piscine à débordement, s à pataugeoire et son toboggan pour les enfants ainsi que l’accès direct à la mer.

Le seul bémol concerne la literie. Le matelas est mou donc effectivement si vous aime les matelas fermes comme nous ce st pas idéal. Et surtout l’oreiller inconfortable au possible car beaucoup trop épais … Par contre petite intoxication alimentaire le dernier jours après que deux d’entre nous est mangé la salade cesar au poulet 😅

Everything. Perfect stay! We can compare it only to a Shangri La in Bangkok, otherwise the best resort we stayed in Thailand among other 10 hotels we tested so far. The resort itself is very beautiful, the infinity pool, the lake, the bungallows near the beach, everything. Prices at the restaurant are good and food is tasty, breakfast is great.

The prices at Spa are insane, 2000 Bht for a massage, go out from the hotel, turn right and you find decent prices.

Everything is just perfect, from the bungalows in this luxurious natural environment to the huge swimming pool.Our 10 year's old daugther had a lot of fun with thwe mini-club girls. The resit is in the middle of the western coast so you can easily rent a scooter and go around. The staff is soooo friendly and professional.

Disappointing, expensive & noisy place

Lack of sun beds. If you weren’t up early enough (before 7.30am) all the sun beds were reserved. The complex was on a very steep hill with no lifts. Our first room was up a steep hill followed by 5 flights of stairs. Seemed to be geared towards families & far too noisy for a couples getaway.

a very memorable stay with breathtaking views, hospitality and care by each and every staff everyday and paying so much

the property is beautifully located where we saw the sunrise and sunset everyday over the sea. The property is beautiful, charming and spread out over the hill with a host of facilities, incl a thai boxing ring, pools. in particular, the GM and each staff the the restaurants, reception, leisure and pools are wonderful, accommodating, kind, polite and helpful and make it a wonderful and enjoyable experience. all kudos to them. the chefs went out of their way to cater to our son's allergies and make special dishes for him showing their care and hospitality.

No complaints here. as the guests come in and there is more occupancy, suggest to add more sports e.g. tennis, water / aqua exercises, volleyball and pool sports to make it more active. esp yoga and aerobics classes and kids activities more.

we loved everything about this resort, the super friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms, the beautiful pool and beach. restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was great as well and we also enjoyed the theme night at the pool bar where we enjoyed a thai dinner in the beautiful garden looking at the sunset. wellness is very good as well, massages the best I had in Thailand so far. stayed for a week and we will definitely come back soon.

amazing location and stunning grounds, the staff is very friendly and helpful. spa is very good, beach fairly clean if there isn’t any strong wind to blow up the trash from ocean

breakfast isn’t amazing. good but the coffee/tea situation isn’t too wild there is a tea room next to hotel Aunty Maé which is partnering for the croissant and bread in the hotel patisserie are lovely for an afternoon snack

Very relaxing and restful.

Service, cleanliness, location, food - everything at the highest level. Special greetings to Mr. Mee from the pool bar - life and soul of the party, great host.

The facility is huge, on the hillside, lots of trees and shrubs (which is why I can understand it) but I saw a rat twice. Once by the pool and once between villas. After all, the facility is very clean and well-kept, everything without any problems.

horrible experience while leaving

it was a quite remote place

super expensive food compared to other 5 star properties that we stayed in Phuket. They try to extort money from you at the time of leaving for missing things in your rooms which you never used or didn’t know existed.
